It turns out they sent out the wrong model and when I put the claim they simply stated that they were not going to receive an older model when that’s the one they sent to me. PLEASE, under no circumstance get any product from this scammer; in case you do, I really hope you won’t be sorry!

I purchased one product, a Braun Silk Epil, but they sent me another product of much lower value. The online image of the product (a Braun Silk Epil 9) does not correspond to what appears on the invoice and what arrives at your home (a Braun Silk Epil 3 that costs three times less).

Telefonisch nie jemand erreichbar. Auch wenn man 60 Minuten in der Wartschleife bleibt. Lieferverzögerung nach Lieferverzögerung. Kommunikation mit vermeintlichen Mitarbeitern nicht möglich. Nach drei Wochen (!!!!) wird ohne Vorwarnung und Rückzahlung der Vorkasse die Bestellung storniert! Gelöscht aus dem Account. Es kam nicht mal eine Email! Ich habe nur zufällig reingeschaut. Rückmeldung oder Rückzahlung von Eibabo? Null. Geld weg.

Achtung vor diesem Laden. Die haben ihre Sache nicht mehr im Griff.

Confirmation de commande pour trois prises électrique le 14/03/2024. délai annoncé 14à 16 jours, soit tout début avril. Je reçois, jours 03/04/2024 un message du fournisseur annonçant des problèmes de livraison et un retard de 45 jours en plus du délai initial !!!!!. et on ne me propose même pas un remboursement !! SCANDALEUX. même depuis la chine c'est plus rapide. De plus le prduit en question est toujours en ligne avec un délai de livraison de 15 jours, soit le 18 avril et non le 15 mai comme annoncé.

Item brought from Uk website sent from abroad had to pay import duties and vat making the item way more expensive than Uk companies and came loose in a box no charger or case!! Absolute rip off

They delivered wrong equipment, i complained the very same day but they refuse to take return.
They waited for weeks with answere and changed mailadress during time…
This is not a fair partner to trust !!!

Never buy from this site.
They make it all look good and show good prices, but by the time you add DHL (so expensive) + duty + VAT on the goods + VAT on shipping + VAT on the duty.
It becomes very very expensive.
Then the delivery took ages, because 1 item all of a sudden Jo longer in stock.
God almighty. It's dreadful.
Then when I returned they deduct the shipping return costs from thebrefund

I bought 2 schneider plc module from them as the stock status on their website said that they had few in stock.

After buying it I can see that they claim up to 15 working days for the shipping time but as I´m in Denmark and they send from Germany I know for fact that is not going to take that much, not even with the most basic shipping method.

Today is the 15th working days and as I didn´t recieved it yet I wrote them just to make sure that it is almost here.

Now they say that they don´t have stock and there is delay from their supplier which is not my problem as they had to informe me about that before I was even able to buy their product and not when I´m supposed to recieve it (because I wrote them).

Do yourself a favor, buy somewhere else, it might be more expensive but you will at least get what you buy.

Long story short: Eibabo (Eibmarkt) is a complete sham of a company that operates in a scam/fraud-like manner.

Back in March I ordered two premium light switches for my architecture project from Eibabo (Eibmarkt): one Busch Jaeger for 56,30 EUR and one Berker for 99,64 EUR.

The Busch Jaeger arrived with irreparable dents and scratches on its front metal surfaces while the Berker one has never arrived despite Eibmarkt promised to deliver in 15-17 working days.

All my requests of refund or redelivery for the item that never arrived were firmly rejected by Eibmarkt because it "wasn't picked up from the local parcel store" — which is a complete nonsense. My home address is clearly present in the order as a delivery address, but they just never attempted to deliver. According to the tracking info, the order just got stuck for a while in a completely different city mid-way and then returned to Eibmarkt.

So, as a result: Eibmarkt received 155.94 EUR of my money while I received one item damaged and one missing.

Based on my experience, I can only recommend to avoid Eibabo/Eibmarkt at any cost and use other specialist merchants.
