Had a problem with an online order, ordered it for a birthday present which was the same day, was told it would be ready within 30 mins to collect but then received an email 5 mins later to advise me 5 working days. The advisor Fraser was very helpful and sent me a gift voucher to use in store instead of having to wait for a refund. Thank you :)

So I had an issue with trying to pay for my grandsons birthday present on line. I called customer service and got a very nice gentleman by the name of " RON " . I told Ron the issue I had , and asked if I could purchase the item with him . Unfortunately that wasn't possible , but Ron said he thought he knew what the problem was with my PC . Well he did . He not only solved my tech issue with my PC , but gave me valuable information should I experience a similar problem in the future . Ron was friendly , professional and an I.T wizard .
