Our business is located in kentucky. Upon placing my order on Friday April 18, at 11:15am, i paid an additional 2-day Shipping fee of $99.20 as i needed this right away. It is now Wednesday April 23 & my Package is due to Deliver tomorrow sometime... Don't Pay The Extra Shipping because no matter when the order was placed they decide on when they process the order just a little FYI, then from that day they decide is when its shipped. This is NOT the way to do business! When the order is placed that day you the supplier received it, you should have put together the order that day- not when you decide to do it. Why are we out here paying for extra shipping for if you can't commit to it?!
Glad I didn't do over night the shipping for that was well over $400.00 -should have known better!

The worst customer service in the world. I did receive my order, but the frustration in dealing with your customer service will have me looking elsewhere for future orders.

Poor customer service. The returns department especially bad. I’ve had to send them a photo of the item and packing slip twice that they requested. Shouldn’t they have that information in their system? The original order was for 8 smoke alarms and they only sent one (1). I have yet to see a refund for over $600.00 for the original 8.

Items were delivered. Fire alarm connectors were different than those installed. Would have been good if item pictures showed the connection type. Service was good.

They shipped a product that I did not order. I returned it however they deducted the shipping cost both ways on the item, so I was out $32.00 for their error. (they advertised the correct item, but they switched it, a bait and switch tactic). I will never do business with this company again. I was able to purchase the correct item from another seller.

This product is excellent as I was able to use my existing electrical connections with an easy to use adapter. Product arrived in a timely fashion. Great company.

They're awful in every way. Awful communication and awful product delivery. Product took months to deliver. Some products delivered in make shift non-OEM boxes. Some products looked used and not new. Some products were faulty. I have fatigue from dealing with them/

Easy to find what I needed and purchase from the website. Prompt delivery of my purchase and was exactly what I ordered.

I needed what I needed (smoke detectors) and I found exactly what I needed (in the database) ... ordered it and it arrived as promised. Life is good.

terrible customer service. purchased an electric transformer in November. after three weeks I called and I was told coldly that my item was back order till January o prior communications on status no option to refund
Now two weeks in January and still no communication. do not do business with this company

Terrible customer service. Placed order 11/12. Shipped on carrier of their choosing 11/21 and never delivered! Won’t send a replacement or refund my money even though their carrier of choice lost the shipment! Crooks and thieves! Do no do business with them!

wow!! i can not believe the scam artist behind this website, first the take the order and 2 days after they sent an email about non availability with a more expensive option. now at first i tough it was only me..
but after calling and verifying that an item is in stock they asked me to order on line ......
i placed an order using a different email and booooom 2 days go by and i get an email saying "item is out of stock" ..... what a joke and asking me to order a more expensive item for about 300.00 more

Purchased three Kiddie smoke detectors with a 10 year lithium battery. When I opened the boxes all three batteries had been previously activated. No idea how long they were in stock with the batteries energized. Called and e-mailed requesting an exchange. Their response was to call Kidde with any Technical problems!!!!! I did not buy the detectors form Kidde I purchased them through ElectricBargainStores. NO help whatsoever. I would never buy another product from this company. Non reputable for sure!!!!

False advertising. Lists products on website that are not in stock (and discontinued) — no indication that that was the case. Their website prompted me to enter my charge card info, so I did. The order did not process so I called them (1/9/24). Employee said website would be updated immediately. Just checked, and it is still not updated. Another employee emailed me to suggest I buy a slightly different product. Looks like “bait and switch”.

Buyer Beware - Ordered multiple switches, company shipped over three months late and wouldn't accept returns after I had to purchase them from another seller

I ordered 2pk switches from this site. It was backordered. Okay fine. One month later, I get an email asking if I've received the order. If I have, then rate them. If I haven't, contact them or cancel the order. Well I contact them and some lady says she'll forward my info over and someone will contact me. I ask how long this will take. She doesn't know. I ask if there's a direct line to call them. She says no. Then she tells me to have a good day and hangs up. And we wonder why small biz sites like these die and business goes to Amazon! Just shameful.
