Very very bad!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I had an upcoming party on Saturday so I ordered the speakers on Monday because IT STATES on their website NEXT DAY DELIVERY. Well that wasn’t the case. False advertisement and lies. Now I know it can be the couriers fault also and it’s out of their control. So I called customer service and the guy told me he would cancel that order and re order new speakers so they hopefully get there on time. And instead of next day GUARANTEED DELIVERY AS THEY STATE he only used the simple delivery method so I never got them. False advertising on website. Wouldn’t use again AVOID

I appreciate this might be partly a delivery company issue and the manufacturer that packs the equipment, but company also has to take responsibility.
I ordered £1000 worth of equipment, that half of it arrived broken. They were quick to send a replacement, but still had speakers broken, box was damaged and poorly packaged, probably thrown around in the warehouse or depot . 2nd delivery arrived, worse, than the first delivery.
Third delivery took a few days to arrive after complaining again, and rejecting a measly £40 partial refund, then a £70 partial refund. No thank you, I've just spent £1000, I want undamaged equipment.
Now still awaiting a 4th attempted delivery, despite requesting a full refund, which they have failed to come back to me on. nearly 3 weeks to sort a delivery, which is supposedly next day delivery!!!!

When I wanted help with an item I wanted to buy, the staff were extremely helpful and patient. They emailed me step by step tips.

From the age of 17 to 25 I played a Rickenbacker 4001 bass guitar. After 50, years the old band has decided to get back together to see if we still had what it takes. I’m 66 years old now and I can’t reach across three frets on my Ricky so I needed a guitar with a shorter neck so I can reach across the frets. After a lot of searching I came across the whole kit that you were advertising at a very good price so I bought it and I must say that my hands are fingers fit it perfectly and playing it through a TC electronic 250 watt amp it sounds amazing. I’m more than happy with my purchase. Excellent service well done.
