Having bought a beautiful bathroom mirror via Amazon we find there is serious safety fault with the unit switching itself on randomly and remaining on for hours if not weeks if we are on holiday. Amazon pointed to this company for a repair solution and despite repeated requests no solution was offered let alone any expression of regret or concern. They merely suggest its Amazon' s problem..so I have to pay an electrician to disconnect the mirror and find another supplier closer to home with some ability to deal with problems like this ....probably S**ewf*x

All went smoothly

I think the cabinets are fine. The issue for the 2 stars is because if for some reason the cabinet is not adequate (as happened to me with 2 out of 5 cabinets ordered) then you have to arrange to deliver back yourself. The company isnt managing that.
This is a nuisance I particularly dont have time to deal with so now Im left with 2 cabinets I gave to storage for my next development project. Not ideal for me.

Very quick delivery and extremely helpful in replying when I asked for advice regarding bedding of shower tray.

I ordered a 1000 mm shower screen with 300 mm flap, it’s a quality item made from 8 mm toughened glass for a very good price. Delivery was fairly fast though comms could have been slightly better.

Item did not fit together well. Instructions were hard to follow. Connector prices to top of shower did not fit. When installed as per instructions shower frame differentiated by 10mm and did not fit shower tray.

Only had the shower fitted for a couple of days but so far it’s fabulous!
Only concern I have is after shower this morning found a little screw which had come out of the on/off control. Hoping it’s easily put back and stays there.
