I purchased a V2 mini driver on the website in 11 degrees. After the order, I received a call from the owner to say unfortunately they only had a head with a stated loft of 13 degrees and and a measured loft of 12 degrees. They asked if I would accept this and I did. As a gesture of goodwill they threw in a free polo shirt. I thought this was a nice level of service.

Unfortunately after a couple of rounds the club developed a creaking at the top of the backswing and a sensation of instability. I returned the club and Eleven re-glued it and sent it back. I hit around 25 range balls with it and it broke again. I returned it to them again and I am yet to receive any further communication. I have chased tis without response.

As it stands I am the cost of the driver down, two rounds of return postage and I don't have a mini driver to use.

I have also purchased a 3 hybrid from them, this had no faults but I would say the quality of the heads is questionable in terms of finish and feel.

What initially seemed like a pleasant and reasonable company to deal with has subsequently become an undesirable experience.

The original order was placed 10/5/26 and we remain no further forward 26/6/26.

Excellent service. The goods came with 18 hours of ordering.
I bought a 8 hybrid. It is amazing. It goes very straight and is forgiving. It goes higher than my normal PW. It carries about 115 -120y+
I wanted it because some days I go driver, 3 wood and then a chip. Then when you have to hit a true 7/8iron, I lack confidence. I am a 15 handicapper. So this new club is great at coming in over bunkers and landing softly. I am thinking of which other hybrid will improve my game….maybe a 6.
If you are want to improve your scores I would grab 3 of these clubs.

I purchased a set of HB irons and had a few issues, largely with quality control and customer service.
I left the following review on their website, which was 'rejected' so that the page only shows 5 star reviews.

The review I left:
Overall, I am a fan of the irons.
However, I've had issues with a detached hosel and grips not fully adhered.
Initially had a 7 iron replaced (but had to ring twice to get that sorted).
Subsequently a number of the grips were 'soft' or not fully fitted all the way to the butt.
Called again and was promised grips in the post... nothing arrived.
Got tired of waiting and have now purchased grips and re-gripped the clubs myself.
Two additional points of interest here; firstly, there was only one layer of tape, rather than the requested two, and the end of the shaft was not cut straight/square to the axis of the shaft.
Quite rightly, Eleven products have become very popular, my concern is that increased sales volumes have led to lower quality control and poor customer service.
I wish the company well, but there is some room for improvement.

I owe an apology to the Eleven Golf Company. My review was wrong and much too hasty. I have since taken some swing advice, and I am now having great success with your clubs. So, Eleven golf clubs, please accept my apologies, and to the review readers, please ignore my earlier comments.

I am disappointed with my eleven clubs. I have a whole set of 3 - GW, and they all suffer from a short fall in distance, even lending them to others to try the same, so it's not just me

Yesterday I had a fitting for a driver and fairway wood at Eleven Golf. The service, attention to detail and overall experience was outstanding. The improvement on my (Very Expensive) Taylormade clubs was beyond my expectations. Carry, trajectory etc. Many, many thanks to Richard for taking such good care of me during the fitting. 👍🏻

Received my Eleven hybrid 8 club today two days after ordering. Went to the range to try it out before playing and was immediately impressed with the height I was able to achieve. The club itself is nice to look at. I am 74 with back and knee problems so to be able to hit the ball consistently high is a great advantage. Will definitely order the 9 and PW next.

I bought some clubs because l thought this was a GB Company and got the Clubs and the are made in China.Icould have got maybe fram Temu but i am not Sure.

I lost my confidence last year with pitching and chipping so I took a leap of faith and bought the PW September 25.
I was amazed and so were my playing partners. The club just goes straight and high. I use it from 10yards to 110 yards.
I've now sold my Ping G10s and replaced them with the 9,7 and 4 and they are a joy to play with. They have helped me get rid of my 99 swing thoughts.

Bought a Broom stick handle putter. Excellent putter brilliantly manufactured, highly recommend. Ive always been a good putter, however I started missing short putts. I feel far more confident now with my Eleven Broom stick. I think everyone should give it a go

These hybrid clubs are amazing. Just purchased to 6-pw hybrids and the mini driver. They are so easy to hit i only wish i had purchased them years ago. gone from hitting rounds in the high 90's to hitting mid 80's on first round. As for their customer service, 2nd to none. spoke to Richard for some advice regarding mini driver on the monday and clubs arrived tues. Thanks so much all at Eleven Golf
As a side note,the only thing i would change if i could would be to embroid a line under the 9 and the 6 of the headcovers just for speed. a few times in haste i have pulled out the 6 by mistake.

Purchased a 6 hybrid after reading and watching reviews, I can honestly say I couldn't get on with the club. I passed it to my golf partners to try out, not one of them could get on with it either. These clubs are not for everyone.

My experience with Eleven golf is of the highest level possible
The clubs themselves are the 16 degree hybrid and 7 to GW look stunning.

I played with them but wasn't quite happy with the shaft length (my error with over the phone fitting with Richard). He took them back and club matched them to my 'gamer' a 6 Hybrid from Honma

The result is perfection. Stunning. Amazing

I cannot speak too highly of my experiences with them.

And no, I don't work for them or know them as mates .... This is just a very happy 71 yo senior golfer.

I honed my game on an Open links & I view golf as a creative art form.

So, anything that makes the game easier & more fun makes total sense.

And that's what Eleven have created here. Not just for seniors, ladies, juniors & beginners either.

Any golfer will benefit could benefit, provided they ditch their ego driven desire to use the latest 'must have' gear!

You don't even have to buy a full set. Initially, I bought a 7 iron in my spec & I was hooked. Travelling to Hereford for a fitting wasn't an option. So, I was more than happy with the care I was given on the phone.

Also, delivery of the club & my subsequent order of the remainder was faster than expected.

Anyway, just try one for yourself & see.

Bought a left handed mini driver a month ago and went to adjust the settings only to discover that the club adaptor fitted was for a right handed player, so I duly asked for them to send out another shaft with a left handed adaptor only to be told that they didn't have any and are expecting a delivery in the next couple of weeks, still nothing a month later, which begs the question, how many left handed mini drivers have been sent out to customers with right handed adaptors as they don't seem to have any in stock? my advice to any one who has purchased a left handed mini driver from eleven golf is to check your adaptor which should have a small line underneath the adjustment letters,if it doesn't it's for a right hander and you should ask for it to be replaced. I have even said to them that they could buy a left handed adaptor off the shelf and rectify this speedily, but again no response, it also clearly shows that their"master club fitters"are not that good at club building if they didn't realise that there is a difference between left and right handed adaptors.It goes without saying that I have now given up trying to get them to resolve the issue and just accepted that they are not a good company to deal with if after sales service is important to you.
Would I buy clubs again from eleven golf, absolutely not.
