Wrong item sent. Emailed CS and get a reply saying simply sorry. I then asked for the correct item and im told sorry we do not accept return.

WHo ever is running this company shouldnt be allowed to be in charge of anything.

Purchased this order and after tracking it for nearly a month now it said delivered. But in another state. Contacted them again via email as there’s no number to call. Waiting for a response.

I am honestly shocked by what I received.

I waited approximately a month and a half for this book to be produced and delivered. It cost around €30, and judging by the photos, I expected a beautiful, substantial baby memory book with a proper thick cover and quality binding — something special that you would enjoy filling in throughout your newborn baby’s first year and then keep for many years as a family keepsake.

The reality could not be more different.

When I first opened the package, I genuinely thought that the small spiral-bound notebook inside was some kind of free gift included with my order. I actually looked for the real book in the package.

Then I realised: this WAS the book I had paid €30 for and waited six weeks to receive.

It is basically a simple wire-bound notebook with very thin paper and a thin cover that reminds me of a cheap calendar. There is no substantial book binding, no thick hardcover and absolutely nothing about its physical quality that gives the impression of a proper keepsake book.

The photos create a completely different impression. From the presentation, I expected an actual book — something beautiful, durable and special enough to document the first year of my child’s life. What arrived looks like something I could buy for €10 in a stationery shop and fill in myself.

I also genuinely do not understand why this required a month and a half of production time. There is no sophisticated binding or construction that could possibly explain such a long wait.

For €30, the quality is simply unacceptable. Had I seen this product in person before purchasing it, I would never have paid this price for it.

This was supposed to be a special memory book for my newborn baby’s first year. Instead, opening the package was an enormous disappointment.

Absolutely not worth the money, definitely not worth waiting six weeks for, and completely different from what I expected based on the product photos.

I ordered the kids encyclopaedia 120000 whys are received a totally different soft cover book. When I complained and advised them that the wrong book was delivered they said they don’t take returns. It’s a scam

I received a copy of "Building the Ultimate Brain: 100,000 Whys" The quality of this book is so bad! This book is not cheap so I expected a little more than a flimsy print. I should have check the Trustpilot reviews before making the purchase.

A month later and still haven't received my book

I ordered two baby books and never received them. When I reached out to the company they gave me a bogus tracking number and blamed the postal service. Unfortunately it was a big scam.

The website is a BIG SCAM, I made an order for a book then I was surprised to receive a link from which I can download the book!! I told them I was expecting a hard copy as mentioned in the order, the reply was that we don't provide a hard copy and admitted it's not clarified by their side. I asked for a refund, they offered 30% discount on the next order which for sure will never happen!!

Avoid dealing with them.

This is scam website but I found too late. Their products look great so I was fooled, but I never got my order. There is no customer support and no contact details.
