Do NOT buy online from this brand ! I have ordered an expensive jacket. The jacket was not delivered to me and UK customs sent it back. It has been over 2 months without receiving any refund. Moreover, I tried to contact the company 3 times and no one has responded. The worst customer service I have ever encountered and I cannot understand how it is legal for a company to withhold your money for such an extensive period of time without informing you if they even received the parcel ?!

Sito terribile, è una vergogna per un marchio così importante, servizio clienti in esistente, o avuto dei problemi con un ordine che finora non è stato ancora risolto, sto parlando di un ordine del valore di 1000 € e non 10€.
Non rispondono più alle e-mail, ho aperto un reclamo con PayPal ma purtroppo loro non possono fare tanto perché mi chiedono di risolvere con il mittente della spedizione

Mi stanno letteralmente truffando…
Io mi ho ordinato 2 vestito del valore si 1100€ sul sito ufficiale di Elisabetta franchi, me li sono provati e non mi andavano bene. Quindi ho deciso di fare un reso. Ho pagato 20€ di reso perché abito in Germania. Il reso lo hanno ricevuto il 22. Giugno 2022, oggi 15. Luglio dopo mille chiamate e e-mail mi dicono che il mio reso non potrà essere accettato perché ci sono su tutti e due vestiti una macchia sul body! Io spero che è uno scherzo! Infatti io ci metterò subito un avocado di mezzo! Davvero uno scifo! Elisabetta Franchi si dovrebbe vergognare.
State attenti dove ordinate

Qualità dei tessuti scadente e Servizio reso pessimo..ho comprato un pantalone bicolore che al primo lavaggio a perso colore macchiando la parte più chiara..ho chiesto un reso che dopo tanti solleciti finalmente è stato accettato per poi dopo un mese mi anno risposto che non poteva essere rimborsato..dopo questo non comprerò mai più Elisabetta Franchi.. prezzi troppo elevati per la qualità dei tessuti

I bought shoes for £412, they did not fit, I had to return the shoes, I paid £250 in taxes, after I returned the shoes they also deducted £90 from their refund when I already have paid £250 in taxes. They charged me twice for 'taxes'. When returning items you should receive the full amount, not a partial refund. It's not right to treat customers this way and not offer a full refund for items you have already sent back.

Not refunding customers is against consumer rights and I will never be shopping with an unethical company like Elisabetta Franchi again. Be warned you won't get your refund when you return items.

Il servizio resi è davvero molto scarso, non ti aspetti che un Brand come quello di Elisabetta Franchi dia ai suoi clienti un servizio così scadente. Reso spedito il 15 Aprile e dopo più di 20 giorni non ho ancora avuto notizie sull'avvenuta accettazione del reso. Ho già sollecitato varie volte ma nessuno del servizio clienti

I think ultimately the Italian style of customer service and the British style of customer service are exceptionally different. Here, with other brands our repertoire and the service between brand and client is paramount to both to maintain good relations and good business. Elisabetta Franchi is a gorgeous brand, with gorgeous clothes - but will never succeed in the UK whilst they maintain the lack of ability to engage, communicate with full efforts to resolve clients issues or problems. In the UK we have many sayings such as ‘good to go the extra mile’, ‘the customer is always right’, ‘go above and beyond expectations’, EF will barely respond, apologise or care about their relations. It’s a shame really - there’s always other competing brands and I would recommend EF to absolutely nobody and they are the only ones losing money, clients and potential custom.

You need to be aware that if something goes wrong with your order, you will be cared for and compensated for. EF will ignore you or respond saying sorry can not do anything. Complete lack of accountability - thank god I only shop when I’m bored and not out of necessity, so I don’t really care if there’s huge delays in delivery or if the items are cancelled - but if there was a wedding outfit I needed, or a garment I was seriously relying on etc it would be incredibly bad news.

Se dovete acquistare online pregate il Signore che arrivi tutto perfetto, che vi piaccia e che non abbiate sbagliato taglia, perchè se avete intenzione di fare il reso.. inizierà il vostro inferno.. Mi è capitato di comprare online (due volte sul sito ufficiale) ed una sola volta, tra l'altro recentissima, sull'outlet..
Sono senza parole per quanto il servizio sia disorganizzato e pessimo..
La prima volta mi hanno spedito una borsa dal valore di 300€ sporca! Ovviamente subito reso.. e vi dico solo che ho dovuto fare ricorso a paypal per riavere i soldi indietro.. Ho provato a riordinarla una seconda volta, in quanto ero impazzita per questo borsa ed era disponibile solo ed esclusivamente o nelle sue boutique oppure on-line. Un altro buco nell'acqua.. mi mandano un e-mail dicendo che il pacco era stato spedito, dieci minuti dopo mi comunicano che la borsa non arriverà mai a destinazione, in quanto presentava difetti che non la rendevano accessibile alla vendita.. N'altra questione per riavere indietro i soldi..
Una decina di giorni fa ho acquistato sull'outlet un paio di sandali, non ero molto convinta, cosi ho deciso di fare il reso.. ad oggi ancora nulla, il mio reso non è stato nemmeno lontanamente approvato!
Inutile mandare e-mail perche vi garantisco che qualsiasi cosa io dica, mi fanno il copia e incolla della stessa risposta..
Ad oggi vi dico che di questo passo, nonostante io non sia convinta le terrò.. sempre meglio che perderci 200€ di scarpe.. perchè ipotesi che il mio reso venga approvato, non oso immaginare quanto debba passare per riavere indietro i soldi..
Sono davvero senza parole!! Ma come si fa? Un brand di questo genere? Ma scherziamo??
Signora Franchi, si faccia un giro nel suo ufficio amministrativo.. legga le recensioni..

Esperienza pessima, sotto tutti i punti di vista. Ho effettuato un reso e purtroppo sono riuscita ad avere il rimborso solo aprendo una contestazione su paypal. Non mi ha rimborsato la società stessa, in quanto la situazione andava avanti da un mese, ma appunto paypal. Un atteggiamento inaccettabile per un brand del genere. Purtroppo non avevo letto le recensioni ma sconsiglio vivamente a tutti di acquistare sullo store online.

Pessimo customer service… ti ignorano proprio!!!!!!!!

Il minimo solo per poter dire di quanto sia pessimo il servizio che offrono. Due mesi per un rimborso. Poca disponibilità. A tratti anche arroganza e una sufficienza inaccettabile per un brand del genere. Non comprerò mai più

Mi hanno mandato un cappotto senza cintura e usato pieno di peli e capelli in periodo COVID !!! Dovrebbero vergognarsi scandaloso da una azienda che si reputa impeccabile.

La mia esperienza di reso tutt'ora in corso é a dir poco pessima, scandalosa.
Ho ordinato quasi €1.000 di vestiti, devo fare un reso e sono quasi 10 giorni che telefono, scrivo mail che tornano indietro, invio moduli dal sito senza aver ancora risolto il problema.

Non mi danno autorizzazione, né mi inviano l'etihetta di reso.

Alla mia richiesta: datemi l'indirizzo, la spedizione la pago io, basta che mi autorizziate il reso per il rimborso, non mi é stato nemmeno comunicato l'indirizzo per rendere a mie spese.

Ad oggi ancora non ho avuto l'autorizzazione del reso col RISCHIO DI PERDERE IL DIRITTO DI RECESSO.

outlet.elisabettafranchi.com HA UN CUSTOMER SERVICE SCANDALOSO, assolutamente non all'altezza dell'immagine del brand e ancora oggi temo di non ricevere il rimborso purtroppo.

Ho tutte le mail inviate fino ad oggi come prova.

The customer service is very slow, they are unhelpful, and not willing to care about clientele or relationships with customers. Every other designer brand communicates with the customers in a wonderful way, often sending personalised emails or letters. Elisabetta Franchi just wants you to be quiet, buy their items and say nothing that will cause them any inconvenience. it's not a kind way to treat their customers. I love the clothes SO much, truly I do! I have introduced so many people to Elisabetta Franchi, but after the poor customer service as per usual I will have to lie to people and say I am wearing another designer! because the customer service is so terrible, and its a shame they have not learned the most important thing as we say in English is to 'go above and beyond, and always the extra mile for someone'. If your items go missing, you want a refund, anything that involves speaking to a human - GOODLUCK!

When they sack their staff and learn to be helpful, kind and sweet I will start shopping here again.

Ridiculous company with even worse customer service, they don’t refund their customers.

Extremely unresponsive with Email response. I have sent 3 emails to them, 1 of them the CS has replied me but without follow-up after my reply (as the CS did not really answer my question. And the other two (which are another topics) has no response at all. I wonder how the email team is working with 0 productivity
