Finally seeing the changes I've been wanting!
6 weeks into a 12 week training program with Ellie and am absolutely loving it! I am someone who has trained regularly in the gym for years, tracked my macros, and still wasn't seeing the results I wanted to. In just a few weeks with Ellie I can absolutely see and feel the changes that I have been wanting to make for so long. I love knowing Ellie and the girls are on hand to answer any questions at any time, and feel supported every step of the way. I can't wait to see what the next 6 weeks bring! True amazing coaching
I signed up looking to shed some weight. I ended up staying longer and learning so much more than I could imagine. Going into this I felt pretty knowledgeable about nutrition and weight lifting. But I am so glad I took the time to gain so much more. It really shifted my mindset. Shannon was amazing at gym form feedback and so patient that we really made progress. And just a great coach in every meaning of the word. Time was spent getting to know me and tailoring things to what works for me.

Shannon has been a great support to me during my coaching! You never have to wait long for a reply and she is always there for any advice you need. They have been super patient with me whilst I have struggled to stay 100% committed to the plan. The workouts are not too complicated and they offer great meal plans and advice on nutrition etc. I would recommend Ellena Fit Coaching to anyone!

I’ve been working with Ellie and her team for just over a month. The training plans are easy to follow and Ellie and the team are on hand to offer advice and answer any questions. The guides which are shared with you are great and really help to give you inspiration with meal plans. I’ve made really good progress and can’t wait to see the final results at the end of my programme.

Amazing coaching
Ellie has been amazing. I couldn’t recommend her coaching more! There’s never any judgement, just constant support and encouragement. Every week, she tailors everything around my schedule, including any social plans, which makes it so much more manageable. The weekly check-ins are always positive, motivational, and exactly what I need to stay on track. It’s made such a difference having that kind of support.

Ellena has completely changed my outlook on nutrition!
Ellena has completely changed my outlook on my nutrition. I’ve always struggled with consistency and this programme has enabled me to lose weight but carrying on enjoying all my favourite foods. It doesn’t feel like a diet and is so very sustainable in the long run which is just what I’m looking for. I also have my exercise programme all planned out which gives me great structure and ensures I’m equally training different parts of my body. Its great having instant support with whatever I need. I’m 4 weeks in and thoroughly enjoying it, and most importantly noticing huge differences already thank you to Ellena and the team.

I would highly recommend Ellena Fit Coaching. It was customised so well every week to my targets and any social events i had coming up. Lizzy was such an amazing coach with such positivity and support every week. Lizzy taught me so much about macros and how to slowly reduce or increase calories based on what I was looking to achieve.
The whatsapp groups are also a great idea to get like minded ladies together who support each other and share meals and workout challenges!

Ellie has been really great while I am navigating losing some weight and building some muscle. I have had some unexpected things come up and she has helped me work through them and take care of my body throughout the process. I love that she can give me a full recommendation for the week, but they are also available throughout the week for questions and support!

Ellie is a great coach ! We have weekly check-in but I know I can contact her outside of the check in if I have a problem with the nutrition or workout plan
Thanks to her I started running and it feels so good!
She is working with 2 others coaches Lizzy and Shannon, the 3 of them organise live Facebook to talk about different subjects regarding nutrition, workouts, hormones and it is very good as it is adapted to us women and how are bodies react. I am building a healthier routine and could not thank them enough !

Ellie and the team were so helpful and supportive during my 12 weeks coaching! I have yo-yo dieted in the past and it’s not been sustainable, but this plan has not been restrictive or difficult to stick to! I would highly recommend!
