Excellent, really excellent service. My wife and I saw Ellis Grey recently at a makers market in West Didsbury, and my wife loved the jewellery, I had to sneak back to purchase, and the owner knew exactly what my wife had liked and was able to remind me as I wasn’t sure. I thought I was rumbled when my wife went back later wanting to buy what I’d already purchased, and the owner who had sold the last to me, was able to play along, and how suspicion. Needless to say, my wife was over the moon when I surprised her in Mother’s Day, and has taken her necklace off since! Thanks Ellis!

We stock Ellis grey jewellery after meeting them at top drawer in 2025. What started as a small order has turned into regular large orders every 6 weeks or so, and the team are always very prompt to ship, and always arrives in excellent cared condition. The owner is always very responsive and happy to go out of her way to get things to us quickly!

I had paid for stock from this brand for multiple shops 4 months ago, yet I have still not received all stock ordered. I had personally chatted to the owner In January who explained they would be sent latest by the following Monday. However this was not the case and we have still not received all orders that were paid for.
Communication by this brand is also non existent .

Looking at other reviews this is a common theme ...

I purchased my giraffe necklace, which is beautiful! I placed the order and left a note as I wanted to wear it to a wedding at the end of that week and they made sure that it arrived in time. 10/10 for customer service, beautiful and item and pretty packaging.

Ordered the lovely butterfly necklace for my girlfriend online after seeing it at the Makers Market. Their customer service over Christmas was impeccable regardless of how busy the were and they made sure the necklace arrived in time for us to travel. She’s had it for over a month now, no discolouration, still glittery, stunning!

I’ve ordered so many times from Ellis Grey after coming across their products at a local makers market. Not a day goes by where I don’t wear at least one of their items. The designs are unique, yet timeless, prices are good and customer service is brilliant. They are my go to for gifts too.

Order never received and unresponsive to offer a refund. It’s a scam! Really disappointed. Having read the reviews now looks unfortunately like a common problem!

Don’t trust this website to actually send out its products you pay for!

I saw this brand at a makers market, the particular necklace I was looking at had just been sold so they directed me to their website (gave me a card with a QR code on).

I ordered said piece online, got an email to say it had been dispatched…but never got my order. I emailed them twice to ask where my order was and still to this day I haven’t had a reply. I had to put in a claim with my bank otherwise they would’ve just kept my money.

So sad they are taking up the space at local markets when they’re just massive frauds - makes sense you can’t even leave comments on their instagram posts, just shows they know exactly what they are doing!

Never had a service like this and don’t know how they’re getting away with it

Update from reply I’ve had -
Even when I look at tracking now, all I see is ‘we’re expecting your parcel’ from Royal Mail - I have not received any item from your business.

I also completed the contact form on your website and sent an email on the 20th of November 2025. I have proof of all of the above.

To insinuate I’ve tried to claim money back and keep an item is insulting.
