I rececived a text message at 21.19 saying the driver will deliver at 5am!! Disgusting attitude from driver too!
Was supposed to receive a delivery prior to Christmas but it hadn't moved. Tried calling with promises of a call back but nothing. Emailed them asking for a call back or email but again nothing. Finally arrived in the new year but still no one reached out to apologise or offer an explanation considering they were aware this was a gift. Avoid!!!! They don't care.
Ordered off eBay some radiators. Was told item had shipped the following morning when I fact all that happened was that it was sent to a distribution company who used eLogistics. Nothing happened then for 4 days before I received a message saying the items would ship Saturday and arrive between 2 and 4pm. Luckily I wasnât going anywhere as the package arrived at 12:45. I knew this because the delivery driver dropped them on the floor and with them being metal you could hear the ding of metal hitting concrete. The driver didnât even offer to bring them in the house as I am recovering from shoulder surgery. Donât go anywhere near this company.
Not reliable. Takes to long to process a package. Appears to be a WOKE company.
The only tracking information I have received was that it was on its way. It has been 9 days and all I get is it's in Georgia still on its way. Keeping in mind this order came from New Jersey. This is bad. I'm not sure what has happened but, I just feel like it was bouncing around New Jersey for about a week. Also, I was contacted by the USPS on 5/28/25 and was told that they don't have the package yet. I could have told them that and I don't work for USPS. As of now 5/29/25 the package is in Georgia. Your package should be here tomorrow. âŠ..Weâll see.
Well, I did not get my package. Instead I got the message below:
5/30/25 âYour package is delayedâ Your package is on the way, but experiencing delays. If there aren't updates from the carrier by Tue, June 03, you can come back to request a refund or replacement.
5/30/25 I contacted the seller and added the above information. I should hear back from them within 48 Hrs. âŠâŠ. Weâll see.
6/1/25 This is my 48Hr. answere âHi friend, I've sent the problem to the logistics department, if you still haven't received the package after two days please request a refund on your order
Ordered pkg from company in Texas & pkg was picked up by Fedex. Tracking info from Fedex shows pkg started in TX, went to KS, went to AZ, went to NM & finally back to KS. Note: I live in Nebraska!
Called Fedex & was told they contract with another company to move pkg thru to USPS..when I track pkg on USPS it shows my pkg is now in New Jersey with this Elogistic company- WHY?
These are fly-by-night companies that have popped up in the last 2-3 years. They are not open on weekends-so your pkg sits in their bldgs.
I don't know if USPS has contracted with this company or not- I do know I am tired of incompetent companies - both Fedex & Elogistics.
This is the worst logistics company i have worked with. I expected a package out of Gerogia. Package left on time as agreed with seller on Nov. 9, '23. A lot of Receiving and processing along the line and then on Dec 26th, nothing happened anymore. After several (4-5) contact attempts still no reply from their "customer service" team. Non whatsoever. So if you want your parcels to arrive and be able to follow each transaction step, do not use this company. Pay a little more and use UPS or DHL, or any other internation company. Anyone is better then eLogistic-co.
Joined a company that was using them and within 1 year built an un-ignorable case to get us out
Their pick and pack accuracy is poor, resulting in angry customers and re-shipments and its not uncommon for them to ship other company's products to OUR customers and vice versa
Interface is also ancient and they are missing a lot of key things like transaction reports or even simple dashboards
Service is poor and going through long periods where they brush your issues under the carpet or outright ignore you is par for the course
They promised us an onboarding within 4 days. Itâs been over 3 weeks and they still donât ship our orders.
- we paid for them to fetch our inventory and move it to there warehouse. The trucks came 1 week late. One didnât pick up the inventory and we had to make them come again
- The inventory count is still not finished after 2.5 weeks the inventory is at their warehouse
- Their warehouse canât scan barcodes and they tell use they need to âre-labelled our productsâ so they can scan our products
- They try to charge us âadded servicesâ when they still havenât done their main service which is Pick&Pack and ship our products
They have a very good sales team but they cant deliver a single services their promise in their contract.
If you want to work with them I wish you good luck and you will need a lot of it
