Delivery took two weeks, then clothing didnt fit. I will be returning the dresses, have already reversed ccard charge, no need to refund. Problems with other two orders as well

Once I have wrote my dissatisfaction

Once I have wrote my dissatisfaction, they sent me an email saying I can be exchanged but I have to pay post charges $.27 US and I informed that I would like to do if I get exact dress according to display and what I got was completely different from the display. Up to now no answer and now they have blocked my emails and thoroughly disgraceful.

I can recommend this provider

I have dealt with this provider several times and the service is exceptional. Kept up to date with the tracking of the parcel and refunds provided promptly if required. Clothes are great and I am a size 10 to 12 AUS and found that the small size was a perfect fit for me. Very happy with the service and highly recommend.

A very nice top! Ordered it from Elpty. Delivery was a little slow, but the item was well worth it. Beautiful pattern, design & fabric. Great fit. Nice items here at great prices. Unique designs and products. Thanks.
