Great experience, always in communication about any delays or problems. The delivery date was even earlier than expected. The quality of my items ordered matched the description and I am very satisfied. Would absolutely order again!

I would have given 5 stars, but I really need a large top and medium bottom. It's unfortunate that you cannot order by each piece by size.

Run don't walk away from this "company". They don't want to refund. In fact, they NEGOTIATE! Initially it was "we'll give you $5 to KEEP the item! Then they said $11. After arguing until I was blue in the face they have offered $20 for a $50 item! That's the best I'm gonna get so I'll take the $30 loss. They advertise as being in the US but it's very clear they're not. I think I'll stick to brick and morter stores. This place is a total scam and rip off!

Delivery excessively long.

1star so I could post. Elsiu is not in North Carolina processing and sending the order Fast delivery that didn’t happen. I sent emails asking when my order was shipping and they kept asking me wait another week again and again. I never shop this site so I did wait . After 3weeks
I get a USPS tracking number . I sign up for USPS notifications. I get notified package in Texas. I figure OK guess thats part of shipping route I live in New York
Than I get an update package out for delivery with a TEXAS delivery address. I went to my post office to have them check and postal worker confirmed package being delivered to an address in Texas and post master printed the information for me. I send a detailed email to elsiu about this and tell them cancel my order and send me a refund. later same day I get USPS update package was delivered to a Texas address. I again send detail message to elsiu and request refund .
They email me back asking again for my address which I provide again and advise them again about tracking info.
I get a follow up email it says package delivered check with a neighbor see if they signed for. They attached a copy of the postal delivery notice with their response to me which gives a Texas address!
I again email them details with my name my order delivery address and point out
I live in New York and you sent package to a Texas address
Texas 1,800 miles away
I again tell them to send me a refund.

They have gone silent.

I was pleased with the ease of purchase, the prompt delivery of the item ordered, and the item itself. I have not yet worn the garment so I cannot speak to durability or comfort, but so far I am pleased with my purchase and considering additional purchases from this company.

It took a little while to get my order (same with the last one) but ovver all very happy with the clothes and bathing suits. Great quality and I get lots of compliments when I wear them. I have bought quite a few items now

The fit was great, I am 5'8" at 145 lbs and ordered the large. It is a great fit, and I just washed them in cold water and hung to dry and they were ready to wear. Multiple compliments on the look!

I haven't received my order it was placed in late May 2024
. Who do I contact to either get the product I order or a refund!!!

I had ordered the pants previously so now I have 2 pair. I am trying to return one of them without success
Also I am very disappointed in the green silk peacock top. It does not have regular sleeves just open on the side to put your arm through

Colors weren’t as vivid as shone in the picture. Is better suited for fall.

photo deceiving - looked like nice embroidery on the pants. Actually, the pants are slippery fabric with a PHOTOGRAPH of embroidery printed on them!

I love my new jumpsuit I got for Mother’s Day. We got a confirmation for the order but never got a tracking number but you were easy to reach out to and assure me it was coming and it got here in plenty of time. It is lightweight and good for any summer event. I would buy another one!

Canceled my orders as it was taking too long to ship. The order was canceled but no refund was issued as stated in a email from customer service. No phone number and no way to track the promised refund 😕
