Awful. Just received an email to my NHS email saying they are holding my data. Very concerned! I've tried to ring to get them to remove... No response.

I'd like to give an honest review. We used this company having looked at the reviews previously, and spoke to Chloe. She was very helpful and easy to talk to. The customer service was excellent, and everything looked good at face value. However they don't tell you the terms and conditions when you sign up. Let's start with the product. 40% of your emails will be rejected right off the bat, because they either no longer work at the company or your email is blocked. They recommend using one of their email senders such as Deliverite, Zoommail, Clickback, AtomPark, all of which have reviews that indicate them as scam companies. They also rope you into a year long contract, charge a set up fee plus a monthly fee, then give out your email address to spammers. Emailmovers state that they will happily exchange any emails that are bounced back above 25%, but that's not true because they blame your email provider and push you to sign up to one of their recommended ones (cue more money lost) or the deal is null and void. I've actually gone through the email addresses provided and can tell you that they aren't unique, 8-9 will be from the same company but different names, there's also the issue that many are generic reception emails, rather than from owners or CEOs which they tell you when you sign up. All in all, I don't blame the workers because they're just doing their job, but the company is lying to people in order to get money out of them. As of today I have had 0 leads back from the emails that have been sent out, and wouldn't recommend this company or indeed any company of this nature as they all appear to be scams. In my experience, the best way is to compile your own list, at least then all of the email addresses will be active.

Received an email informing me that my data will be added to their business directly unless I explicitly tell them otherwise. Ethically, I should have been the one to inform them whether or not to include my data, not the other way around. To anyone with a similar experience, please don’t “unsubscribe” as you’ll just be confirming your email address instead.
