The reason for my dissatisfaction: I received an email on 10/1/2025 stating that Robison-Anton thread was buy 2, get 1 free. The sale ran from 10/1/25 to 10/7/25. I clicked through on the email link, put 18 spools in my cart, but at checkout NO discount would apply. I tried again on 10/2/2025, at which time the discount DID apply, but the cost per spool had increased to $7.93. I contacted customer service and the reponse I got boils down to "blah, blah, tariffs; blah, blah, blah sorry nothing we will do to remedy". won't purchase from a company that doesn't honor its sale price.

I’m so grateful to the customer service of this company. They are very quick to respond and make everything easy for you.
I would definitely recommend Embroiderydesigns.com.
They have been my no.1 website for designs which are excellent and such good value.
