Phenomenal service. Quick, prompt and professional communication. Quality of digitizing is amazing and I am grateful to bring my designs and my late mother’s designs to life through a different form. Special shoutouts to my contact Emily for handling my files perfectly!

I sent a file in (a simple-one colour logo) and I requested 2" width. They sent me a 3.5" file so I had to wait another 24 hours for that new correct file. It looked right in size so I started embroidering 30 silk neckties, when I got the last tie, the client noticed that the digitized file they created was off a bit. One part of the logo was now wider than the original, and so now I have $2500 worth of ties, the customer doesn't want. I'm not sure how only 30% of the file was too big but it just cost me precious money, time and now further business. They also have it noted at the top of their website, that TRUSTPILOT gives them a 4.8 rating out of 5 when here it says 4.2 rating. Honestly, I suggest not using them, and if you must, triple measure every little part of the logo, because chances are, it will be off. I've contacted them several times all day, hoping they could correct the file at the very least but everyone on their team wouldn't respond. I literally can't believe how badly this experience has caused me money this way. It's not easy to recover from $2500 as a small business. I just had to pay another company to do it, so even double the digitizing costs.

Paid for digitizing and have been ghosted. Won't return emails, always stop chatting on thier texting. Total scam company, stay away from them.

They ghosted me after I paid for my order.

I paid for an order on the second of the month and sent in all the details, and paid that day. I explained that my order needed to arrive before the 20th because I needed it for a promotional event. This was understood before the payment was made.

I didnt hear back for a week until the 9thx when I was sent a mockup photo that was extremely bad and unprofessional looking. It wasn't even on the right kind of garment that I ordered. I was told I had unlimited revisions and I suggested what I needed changed. The next day I was asked for some details including measurements which I sent on the 11th.

January 12th I asked when was the latest we could approve the mock up for me to recieve the item by the 20th, it was read with no reply. A few days later I asked if there was a reply with my order, they aren't even opening the messages. Today is the 19th, they are ignoring my messages and phone calls. The price was already very high for a single sweater at $130 and they didn't even attempt to create or deliver the product.

This is my go-to firm in canada for hat Digitizing. The level of precision and accuracy in their work is unmatched. Plus they are extremely quick in producing results.
