customer service is non-existent.

back in november, i saw a tiktok from michelle about the lip stains and i was already suspicious because the last time i heard about her, she was doing cult business. anywho, i still trusted her as a beauty guru and ended up buying 3 of them from their official website. she was an absolute inspiration to me growing up with youtube.

it never arrived, so i reached out to customer service. i got an automated response email stating they'd get back to me within 3 business days, which was reasonable. 2 weeks passed though and i was worried, so i sent another email. another automated response. 3 months now and no reply from them. i tried to reach out to the BBB to try to get a response from them somehow, and even the BBB stated they couldn't get a hold of them. so i emailed EM cosmetics ONE more time and nothing. it's one thing to not reply to me, but imagine ignoring the better business bureau.

essentially my money has just been stolen. i've never witnessed anything like this from a company. she really must still be in the cult doing some scamming type stuff cause this is actually crazy. even if there was nothing they could do about my lost package, at the very least they could've gotten back to me stating so.

Got my wife some EM Store items for Christmas. She utilizes numerous Eminance products for skin care and loves them all. Customer service was also friendly and able to help me exchange some due to me getting the wrong ones. Thanks!

Item was broken in transit. They don’t use protective material for shipping. I’ve been trying to contact customer service for almost 2 months now and their social media with no response.

Nice products, only wish there was more product for the price you pay. My lipliner only lasted a month ( daily wear) for the price i feel there could be more product in it

I wanted to purchase some items of EM Cosmetics. Sadly I have to remove everything because of the extremly high shipping costs over $41.-!!!

Thats insane! From all US-Onlineshops which I placed an order, the shipping costs was around $9.90 or max. $20.- which is ok for me but not for this hugh amount!!! It is the 2rd onlineshop next to Lunar Beauty and Kaja Beauty with this overpriced shipping costs.

EM Cosmetics, put your shipping costs down for an affordable price. As long you have this high cost, I will never going to order something of you sadly.

Wanted to buy this product after an influencer had their lipliner. Was about ready to buy $75 worth of products when they kept adding a $25 face mask to my cart. There was no way to remove it from the order. I tried to remove it 10 times with no success. Also the website said I couldn’t edit orders after purchase, so I just gave up on buying my items. I reached out to customer service only to have my messages returned. Clearly a scam and very disappointing. Definitely do not input your credit card details with them.

In love with the products!! Colours and formulas apply like a dream. Thank you Michelle Phan. I just wish there is a direct shipment from the UK within UK orders.

After using their eyeshadow one time got an eye infection. Definitely do not recommend this brand.

Okay, so I've made an order, I paid for it. And for no apparent reason my order got cancelled. Support said that my order was flagged as potential fraud. Reason? Billing address did not match with the credit card registered address. This is the first time ever when I encountered such an issue. And this is ridiculous, doesn't make any sense. What kind of fraud actually pays money?
And just like that, you lost a customer.

Order 283183. I recieved only one product out of ordered four. Tried to reach out for them via e-mail, but it's been six days since my first attempt and nobody reached me back. It's ridiculous. Do not buy anything from them

Almost non existent customer service. Bought a serum blush and emailed them due to the dropper’s issue. But they didn’t reply to my emails at all for many days. Quite disappointed because I expected better. It was really pricey too for such a small bottle. And when I tried to write on review on their site, it disappears. Oh well.

In case you didn't know, EM is owned and operated by a Asian Beauty influencer Michelle Phan. She caters for the darker skin community so well and the branding, design and product is on point.

I bought the EM Felt tip illustrative pen a few weeks ago. The package arrived on time and now it's my new holy grail product! I purchased this product because I'm not very good at makeup and I want to learn how to create a cat-eye.

Anyways, this liner makes the job so much easier. It's pigmented and easy to use if you don't have a steady hand. Great for newbies.

Alright, so to make this review fair, let me share one negative opinion. My only "complaint" is the price. It's a bit high - $21! You can easily find a cheaper one in a drugstore. However, I tried to buy a lower one from Revlon and the applicator was flaccid and the formula didn't last. Therefore, I'll be returning to Em cosmetics - it's worth the price! Especially since EM cosmetics now has a new brown shade and I REALLY wanna try that one next. :)
