By far the best freight quoting software for shippers! We switched to Emerge after using another platform we weren't happy about and now we really see the difference. So happy to work with the team and hope things will continue going well for us. Highly recommended for Shippers looking to wants to stop quoting freight in spreadsheets and emails and Get every broker and carrier quote in one centralized place!

The worst AI on the planet, it is not helpful won’t transfer you to a person.
If you see their load on the board is not worth your nerves to call them because it will drive you crazy.

I'm sorry the call experience felt frustrating rather than helpful. Our system asks a few quick questions upfront so we can route calls efficiently and make sure the right rep has the details they need before jumping on the line, but if it felt like it was just getting in your way, that's feedback we want to hear.
Could you share roughly when you called? We'd like to look at that specific interaction and see where the process could move faster for you.
We want calling in on a load to be quick and worth your time, and we appreciate you telling us when it isn't.
Fraudulent and suspicious behavior
This company booked a meeting with my company and didn't even attend, I attempted to call them during the meeting time and nobody would answer eventually hanging up the phone straight away after my third attempt. I suspect this company to be fraudulent due to suspicious behavior that is in no way professional.

I'd like to look into exactly what happened on our end. Could you send over the company name, the date and time of the scheduled meeting, and the number you called, either as a reply here or to support@emergemarket.com? We want to identify what went wrong and make it right.

IM A FRIEGHT BROKER, I HAVE NEVER HAD A DISPATCH LIE TO ME, AND LIE TO ME MULTIPLE TIMES. I SPOKE TO GANI WHOM HUNG UP ON ME MULTIPLE TIMES, TOLD ME A "DRIVERS' NUMBER THAT WAS ALSO A COMPLETE LIE. I WILL BE SUING THIS COMPANY IN FEDERAL COURT.

The rate sheet says payments will be 30…
The rate sheet says payments will be 30 days after delivery, while we are still waiting for 73 days and looking for it. And they are bad on payments!

Easy communication with our carrier representative and fair rates. I would recommend working with Emerge to any trucking company.

This place is a joke
This place is a joke. Tried to bid on a couple of different loads and they locked me out. Said I was a broker. Not. Just trying go load my truck. BIG JOKE. Don't waste your time with them.

The "dashboard" is vibrant and allows me to visually see where trucks are.
Using the "network providers" function allows me to send one e-mail to our carriers to get spot quotes and collect these quotes in one space.
This save a lot of time for my staff as opposed to sending multiple emails and then having to read each response
