Let me set the story here. I switched to Emerge from another company I want to call “fly by night industries” that sent me a hot half a vial of medicine a month after it was ordered but only after arguing with me about it. Emerge responded to my request to become a patient immediately. I sent in my previous prescription and did a quick note/video to get started. They sent my script to the pharmacy the same night. In 2 days I had a COLD package of Tirz at my door, well packed with clear and concise instructions. They are so professional and Empower Pharmacy is a 503(b) held to the highest standards while being FDA inspected and regulated to ensure clean facilities and proper product. I’m staying with Emerge for the remainder of this journey.

I’ve been using Emerge since the end of October when I lost my insurance and was afraid I wouldn’t be able to continue my weightloss journey. Absolutely the easiest ordering process for my tirzepatide. The doctors are kind, knowledgeable, and support you every step of the way. They are patient centric and only a text or email away, daily. Their communication goes above and beyond and they constantly try to plan ahead to prevent any unforseen medication delays. I have never missed a dose. They recently dropped their prices as well making them the most competitive company I've used. They use Hallandale and Empower pharmacy, they are 503a and 503b pharmacies. These pharmacies package your medications with the ultimate care. No hidden fees or appointments with Emerge. Your monthly price includes meds, alcohol prep wipes, and syringes. As well as ensures your delivery is cold shipped right to your doorstep. I live in Texas and even in this summer heat my meds have always been cold on arrival. Totally sketchy company. I ordered 2.5 first month and they charged me for another month without shipping anything. I asked to pause and they only did a partial refund because they said there were two 5mg doses in the vial. I guess they really don't carry 2.5 so they ship 5mg 4 doses and when you cancel they want money for the extra they shipped. They don't make this clear so now I'm fighting to get my money back. Just stay away

Customer service repeatedly talked down to me and wouldn’t answer my questions, basically stringing me along hoping I wouldn’t cancel my subscription.

They advised me to dose half my prescribed amount every 5 days instead of seven because the medication wears off. I decided to keep the 7 day schedule. When it wore off early, I decided to take my next dose early, at the 5 day mark then ask them if I could raise the dose/what to do going forward. They said they never advised me to dose every 5 days and said they couldn’t accommodate that, as it could result in severe side effects. I said I didn’t plan to continue doing that, that’s why I contacted them, and that they should have been clearer about DIYing doses if it was an issue.

They also don’t ask for ID, no actual consultation is offered, face to face or virtual. Overall sketchy as hell, wouldn’t recommend.

Tirzepatide is really amazing and the compound Emerge offers does exactly what it is supposed to. But what really made them stand apart to me is the ease of ordering and the outstanding customer service. I had experienced no side effects on the loading dose and started the 5 mg dose a week too soon. Therefore I was about to run out a few days early. I was able to contact a real person through text, they responded immediately and went above and beyond. They made me feel understood and appreciated as a customer, I was simply blown away by the personal service they provided. I started the program with a lot of anxiety, I'm now down 25 pounds in a month and have every confidence that any issues I may have will be heard and addressed. It IS a lot of money so if you're like me you want to make sure you use the best company. I thoroughly recommend Emerge.

I lucked out that the hype was real. I'm down 24 lbs in 12 weeks now and my blood pressure has been normal for the first time in a year. My face was thinner from lower inflammation almost immediately. And the fact that everything can be done by quick texts makes my life easy. No driving anywhere, no ongoing consults, they're just right there if I need anything anytime. I couldn't be happier with Emerge and you won't be disappointed if you reach out to them too.

Prior to Emerge I was using another company. They were fine by way of credibility / legitimacy; however, they were overpriced, over-inundated, required membership “benefits” that accrued extra fees, etc. It wasn’t my path and I was discouraged.

I’ve been a patient of Emerge Weight Loss for the past two months and find the program extremely useful in my busy life.
