Sac chère pour une très mauvaise qualité de plus pas de retour possible j’ai payer un petit sac avec frais à 25e je l’ai porter 3 fois et le sac c’est craquer sans raison déçu je recommande pas la qualité est très tchip limite même Temu font mieux en therme de qualité et prix c’est une escroquerie ont ne peu pas les renvoyer

Après une livraison de ma commande du 04 Aout 25,prévue au départ entre cette date et le 7 Aout, celle ci a été reportée au 11/8, puis au 18 aout,puis au 19 aout et enfin livrée le20 Aout
A chaque report de livraison ,j'ai attendu des nouvelles toute la journée !
J'ai perdu beaucoup de temps.Dommage

El enganche no esta a la medida y se queda descolgado. Y no trae el palito para abrir y mover la barra a tu medida.

Everything was great : product, fees and delivery.

Good products. However if you are placing an order, I wish you that everything goes as planned or it is chaos.

My parcel got lost because the shipment address I had well provided was not placed correctly (only my city appeared). They would not help me find it my parcel and it cost me 60e of communication with UPS to retrieve it. Now they tell me they are not responsible for who I call. Thank you customer service, this was the worst experience ever.

In store experiance was quick and clear.

habe dort eine Uhr bestellt und vergeblich auf die Ware gewartet. Nach dem ersten Versuch per Mail, eine höfliche Nachfrage wo denn meine Bestellung sei (diese Mail wurde leider nie beantwortet) und nach einem zweiten Versuch nach zweiwöchiger Wartezeit mit der Bitte um Stornierung der Bestellung (wieder keine Antwort), habe ich einen Fall nach 4 Wochen Wartezeit über paypal eröffnet!! Nun darauf kam dann plötzlich eine Antwort! Es wurde mir gesagt Sie hätten die erste Email angeblich nicht erhalten und die Uhr wäre bereits verschickt worden. Hatte zuvor leider auch keine Versandbestätigung bekommen obwohl es hieß, es würde eine versandt werden!! Habe dann per Mail geantwortet dass ich die Uhr trotzdem nicht möchte und bei der Stornierung bleibe! Mir wurde gesagt ich solle die Uhr in der Originalverpackung und einem ausgefüllten Widerrufsformular zurückschicken - habe ich getan, Paket kam auch einen Tag später bei Westwood Watches an! Nun sind wieder 3 Wochen vergangen und ich bekomme wieder einmal keine Antwort auf meine Mails. Denn eine Rückerstattung des Betrags von über 100 Euro habe ich auch noch immer nicht erhalten!! habe jetzt den zweiten Fall über paypal eröffnet...und warte gespannt...

The order was processed very quickly. Shipped quickly. When I had problems with tracking, I wrote to customer support, and they immediately answered and gave me detailed information.
