This company is not to be trusted.
You will never receive a full refund if something doesn’t fit.
And the return is on your coin, which for me would have been over $130 to some remote sketchy place in China. A total scam.
And the clothing looks nothing like advertised.
Steer clear of Amazon third parties, thought I was but got had yet again.
So done with online shopping. Buying local
from here on. Learned my lesson. MK

I have been continuously told my package will be delivered and it has not shown up after 2 months. I've been had. Watch out!

Funny thing happened after I complained - 1 month later, the package arrived however it is not at all like the photo. Lesson learned.

Garbage fraudulent company! Do not buy from this site! Charged for a dress that was cancelled, never received and email advising of the purchase and only noticed that they charged my card without my knowledge. Many attempts to reach them and all attempts unsuccessful. Had to file fraud report with my bank in order to get refund and to stop any further purchases.

Fraudulent company. They are in China not Calgary. Compiling emails and digital trail and will bring them down. Contacting police fraud department and filed a fraudulent charge with my bank. Beware of buying on Instagram especially with Emma & Chloe

This company is a scam. Items are cheap and poorly made. They advertised that they are a Calgary based company but are actually located in China. The items are not at all as advertised. The dress I ordered fits like a sack with no shape or structure and the fabric is cheap and see through. I would give this company a zero if I could.

This is a false storefront that shows up on their website. It shows location in Calgary but items are shipped from China and is not the same as what is advertised. They will refund you but you need to pay for shipping which is probably back to China.

The dress I ordered didn’t look at all the same as the photo. Very poor quality!! To get refunded, I had to ship it back to China at my own expense. So so frustrating!!

Beware Do not buy

The experience has been extremely unsatisfying and not at all reflective of the quality I expected when I signed up, I had a year long subscription.
Over the course of the subscription, I received over 24 pieces of jewelry, yet I only wear two of them. The majority of the items were poorly made, with several falling apart shortly after use. For example, I received a ring with an eye charm that detached within 15 minutes of wearing it. Additionally, a pleather chain was included that was awkwardly sized — too long to wear as-is and too short when folded.
The designs were neither modern nor timeless, and the materials used felt cheap and fragile. This has left me feeling disappointed and misled by the subscription’s promise of quality and style.

FYI. I have found a number of online retailers offering the same "handmade" jewelry. I was not able to get into the Emma & Chloe website to check out their claims or jewelry.

Just remember- Buyer beware!
Same designs. Similar names. Similar stories. Even the artists look similar. For example, Emma and Mia jewelry, Claire jewelry, and Emma jewelry. How do you think this is happening? Maybe you purchase from the same vendors. Are you the same company? Is your story true? Is the jewelry handmade? Are you buying from China? Perhaps Temu or Aliexpress. What is really going on? It could be nothing or maybe not.

If these sites are buying from Aliexpress they must warn their customers that their jewelry may contain carcinogenic chemicals. Their jewelry may be a danger to customers!

Je vois que je ne suis pas la seule à me plaindre des box Emma&Chloé. Très décevant : des semaines d'attente à chaque fois, qualité moyenne et rien de bien surprenant dans les bijoux proposés. A ce jour, la box de mars ne m'a toujours pas été envoyée. Leur service client ne doit pas bien parler français, ils répondent toujours à côté ils comprennent rien ! Et surtout pas d'excuse ni geste commercial. Par contre les prélèvements sont toujours faits en début de mois. Très déçue d'avoir pris un abonnement annuel, j'aurai dû tester avant. Je ne recommande absolument pas cette enseigne qui est plutôt à fuir

Très déçu(e) par mon expérience avec Emma & Chloé !

J’ai passé une commande le 7 mars et, à ce jour, je n’ai toujours pas reçu mon article. Malgré plusieurs relances, le service client met du temps à répondre, et les informations données sont floues. Et aucun moyen de les joindre par téléphone.

Il n'indique pas délai de livraison et le délai de préparation/d'expédition annoncé de 48h n’a pas du tout été respecté, et il est impossible d’obtenir un remboursement rapidement. C’est dommage, car les produits ont l’air de qualité, mais la gestion des commandes laisse vraiment à désirer.

J'ai demandé remboursement et aucune réponse depuis.

J'espère j'aurai soit ma commande, soit mon remboursement.

Je ne recommande pas cette boutique si vous souhaitez une expérience d’achat fiable et sérieuse.

Honteux, des jours et des jours pour recevoir sa box avec seulement 1 bijou dedans à chaque fois. Autant acheter son bijou à l'unité.
Les bijoux ne sont pas de bonnes qualités, deux jours après le port de mon bracelet du mois de janvier le fermoir est devenu couleur argenté ..

Une catastrophe ! Depuis Novembre 2024 j’attends une box jamais reçue à ce jour. Les mails sont évasifs et ne me remboursent pas le prélèvement déjà effectué. Signalé à la répression des fraudes.

A fuir ! J’attend toujours ma box du mois de novembre et de décembre ! Le service client et inexistant. Personne ne répond correctement à vos questions et ils mon envoyer une mise en demeure sans preuve pour qu’il final ils se rendent compte que c’était une erreur 😡 je trouve ça honteux et aucun geste de leurs part n’a été fait. Je ne recommande pas du tout cette entreprise

I would give this 0 stars if I could. In terms of jewelry, every month I was incredibly disappointed. Their ads show photos of gorgeous dainty minimal jewelry, but what I received were incredibly tacky and proportionally large and ugly designs. Motifs like the evil eye and huge flowers and oversized charms that honestly I couldnt even find new homes for. Every month I essentially throw them in the trash because I dont think they are even gift worthy. Some of the earring backings were also very sharp and not quality. The subscription itself costs me 30 dollars a month. They detail that there is absolutely no way of ending your agreement until 12 months are up, and probably because a lot of people want to cancel it I'm guessing. Most recently I received a necklace with a coin pendant. I thought it was going to be dainty like a penny, but its tacky and the size of a quarter... this is the most awful purchase I have made. I would rather wear better designed fast fashion jewelry or invest in actually quality well designed jewelry. This is not it.

Commande passée le 16/12/24 et toujours rien reçu ! Pas de service client et pas d’informations sur le suivis de commande !
L’adresse mail ne sert à rien , pas de numéro de téléphone ! J’attends toujours ma commande qui était pour les fêtes de Noel et je n’est toujours rien à l’heure où je vous parle !
Déçus de mon expérience avec cette marque à éviter, à fuir conte de fée avec leur marketing qui vire au cauchemar ❌
