Order a few times from this company, been on their TikTok lives aswel, and emms always has a smile on her face and happy to answer queries that you may have, a lot of the time you can choose your own plant which is lovely especially if it’s a variagated one your after!! Would 100% recommend,. The packaging is always 5* all my plant have come in perfect condition and very fast. Items are always as described aswel !!!

All my orders have been next day delivery and packaging is 10/10 wrapped with so much care,beautiful plants and exactly what I ordered but even better thay expected when they arrived.Lovely little family business run beautifly,I will be a regular customer as my collection is growing fast ♥️🪴

Emms is a wonderful lady who sells amazing plants. I’ve been ordering for months now and have always had perfect plants exactly as described or better. Whether buying from her website or Tikitok where she does demonstrations as well as allowing customers to chose the exact plant that they want, she offers exceptional quality and value. I have been buying from Emms for a long time now, I find the plants of fantastic quality and size, reasonably priced and Emms is very accommodating, even if there is a problem - all you have to do is reach out! I would recommend Emms to anyone, the variety of plants is vast and there is something for everyone! If there is a special plant on your list Emms will go above and beyond to try to locate it for you too. Everything comes extremely well packaged and is sent out in a timely manner.

Bought many collector grade plants from Emms (I’m a sucker for quality anthuriums) and have to say the experience is great, awesome online community and Emms even hand delivered the most expensive plant (I’m 4 hours away), normal shipping is quick, heat packs when it’s cold and the plants are so well packed they arrive in pristine condition, my no 1 go to plant shop

Emms goes live on TikTok and allows you to pick your preferred plant which is excellent as you know exactly what you are getting. Not only that I've found Emms packing to be the best ensuring the plants reach you in perfect condition. Emms and her team are really friendly, approachable and will go out of their way to help. If they don't have a plant in stock you can request and they will do what they can to get it in for you. Emms is one of my favourite sellers. The plants arrive with amazing care and packing to ensure that they are delivered safely. I am new to plants and will ask for Emms advice on her live's and she is more than happy to give the advice I need and answer any questions.
When I buy from Emma she gives you a choice of which plant you would like whilst she is on her lives so you can see the care that see gives the plants and the one that is going to be sent to you.

I have ordered plently of times with Emms Plant house and each time, the service has been impeccable. I have had no issues with my plants, the delivery times, and the condition they arrived. They arrive in great condition, exactly as showed in their website (and live), packaging is fantastic better than other products I've ordered elsewhere and really, the team (Emma, Hannah & Steve) are friendly and polite. 5 star positive service. Additionally the plants are well taken care of, the prices are a great bargain for the condition of the plants you are getting. Furthermore they answer plant care questions without hesitation.
Plus you get some comedy witj them, for a small business they make the interaction with their customers special and happy place.

I have been shopping with Emms plant house, weekly for well over a year and have never received anything but the best plants , delivery , packaging and customer service. The plants are of the highest quality, and healthy. Emms takes so much time making sure that you have the right plant form you and your surroundings and that you know how to care for it.

Great company and always good with customer service ive had multiple plants come from emms and have never had a problem they come really well packed and the plants arrive in immaculate condition

I have had multiple orders from Emms Plant House now. She has fantastic plants, fantastic prices and the pacakaging is incredible. She even puts in a little warm packet to ensure the plants dont suffer with the weather change. Ive never had a single issue. Orders are shipped so quickly, it has literally been delivered within 24 hours on occasions and she offers free delivery when its over a certain amount which no other sellers do! Theres so many positives to shopping with Emms and I will continue to do so!!

Purchased a cactus that was advertised as 80 x 30cm.
When the plant arrived it was 50 x 20cm.

I contacted Emms plant house 3 times to rectify the situation and was ignored each time. Twice by responding to the confirmation email as requested and once directly through the site.

After realising that I was being ignored, I fortunately found out that I had purchased through PayPal so had some buyer protection.

I opened a case with PayPal and funnily enough Emms plant house managed to respond within 2 hours. Stating that they are happy to issue a refund once I have returned and they have checked the plant. (No mention of why I had been ignored for days)

This immediately raised alarms as all previous attempts had been ignored. I was under the belief that if I was to now return the item, the seller would try to find further ways not to refund my money, most probably in an attempt to claim damages etc.

Due to the untrustworthy nature of this seller and refusal to respond to customers directly, I have now had open a dispute with paypal in an attempt to claim my money back from this scammer.

Really wish I had checked for reviews of this place online first, worst purchasing experience I've had in years
