The salesperson at EMP Industrial can be super warm and freezing cold
I had dramatically different experiences with EMP Industrial, Malvern within just a few days that i haven’t had in my decades of adult life.
I made an appointment to buy my next yoga mat in their office for the first time and they gave me a warm and pleasant service, i bought an expensive Jade Yoga Fusion (extra long 8mm thick) natural rubber mat. Afterwards, there were different promotional emails coming into my email box and the female chief asked me to write a google review for the purchase. I politely declined giving reason as a beginner yogi, but kind enough referring them to a very good restaurant near their office.
After a couple of days, I made some enquiries about yoga teachers and another yoga mat, they probably don’t stock the mats i asked, the reply was short and they didn’t respond to my follow-up. I have no doubt the drastic change is due to I was not regarded profitable like in the first encounter.
There are accurate, harsh languages in all human cultures to describe her behaviours and personality I witnessed. Thankfully i believe in Australia, we don’t encounter such people often. It’s all depending on how profitable the client seems to be. Such behaviours are extremely offensive in calm and peaceful yoga culture.
