Wow thank you so much for yesterday's hummer for my daughter's junior prom.from the polite efficient booking process to the friendly and happy driver.After being let down last minute you literally saved the day and gave my daughter and friends memories to cherish,thank you so much.

Empire Limousine New York exceeded my expectations. From the moment I booked, their team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. The vehicle was spotless and luxurious, and the chauffeur was punctual, respectful, and knowledgeable about the city.

What impressed me most was the attention to detail — everything was well-prepared and smooth. I felt comfortable and taken care of throughout the entire ride.

If you’re looking for reliable, high-end transportation in NYC, I highly recommend Empire Limousine. I’ll definitely be using them again!

We paid for Premier service and got Uber quality service. Come to find out people had recommended empire CLS limousine SERVICE, not these guys. I believe they are based in India do not use them. They are absolutely horrible.

Absolutely awful. Avoid! The limo turned up on the wrong day ruining the birthday surprise which was completely unprofessional and unorganised of an established business. Clearly empire limo takes no pride in their customers and their occasions. The package I paid for stated it included decorations and a bow and 2 bottles of bubbly. This wasn’t provided. Despite in depth talks with Jenny about what was provided she conveniently missed this off the order form and stated it was my fault when she confirmed it was on the order by chat. The limo driver went the wrong way and drove incredibly slow to get to the venue wasting a lot of time. An extremely poor experience from a business that clearly only cares about taking money and not the experience they are providing. When I raised this with them they were extremely nonchalant and did nothing to rectify this despite our disappointing experience. Would not recommend at all. Do not trust this company with your special occasions as they have no care and fail to take responsibility!

What a great experience Empire Limousine provided for us! The driver was very respectful and brought us to our destination safely. 10/10 would recommend! Will definitely be booking with them again!

I was amazed to see how well they train their chauffeurs. Driver was Ontime with clean new vehicle. Excellent service.

Absolutely worst service in the world driver left us at Pine knob and driver was driving erratic not only would I never use this company again but I am filing a small claims lawsuit again the company and the driver run as fast as you can form this company 💯💯💯💪

Spent a day in Toronto for a jays game, and it took the driver over an hour to find us at the pick up location they chose!
Complete chaos. Definitely will not be renting from them again. Paid over $900 to be left standing in the rain. I would have rather of just gotten a Uber. Get unprofessional.

We were promised bottomless champagne but inly to get 2 bottles of which one of them was given to us after we asked and driver had it in the front sit.
We were promised birthday banners and red carpet for photo shoot,but the driver said because it was raining and also that the carpet was dirty therefore we shouldn't bother.Very disappointed with this,as my highlight for the whole booking was the red carpet and shoot.

This company is not trustworthy. They owe us money for a trip we did for them in Philadelphia. I am a local limo service. Trip ID

We hired this service for my 28 year old brother’s funeral. They were to pick us up at 8:30am and we had a few destinations. At 8:35am I called asking for a status update and was told I would be called right back. 10 minutes later I decide to call back and was told the driver is stuck in traffic. I told the dispatcher that we are already late to the funeral and to have the limo meet us at church to continue our trip from there. The limo never showed up even at the church to continue our trip. They completely botched my brothers funeral.

When I called to ask for a refund it was admitted to me the driver was not in traffic he had overslept.

Horrible customer service. If I had not called I would still be waiting for the limo. On top of it they lied the whole way through.

They were on time, courteous, and friendly. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Amazing Service on Saturday 17th April 2021 for my parents Golden Wedding Anniversary. The driver made the whole experience for them and took photos of them for me. Easying booking process and great service. Highley Recommend the Rolls Royce Phantom

I really like the driver update text messages. It keeps the frustration away. Being on time for early morning pickup was appreciative. I am sold. 😊

Service has declined over the years, but the prices have gone up. I use this company every year for the last three years to transport friends/colleagues to a holiday dinner. First year, van had no heat. Second year was great. This year was a disaster. The driver couldn't see well. The built-in GPS was not working properly and I had to use my phone GPS to guide driver to the destination. I couldn't spent time with friends talking, as I was stressed out with the navigation and making sure the driver heard me (he couldn't hear very well). Return trip was great. But the prices aren't explained clearly and there's an additional charge on my card that I am waiting to get clarification on. It's a hit or miss with this company.
