Fantastic customer service, easy to understand website, and great products. I highly recommend this brand. Shout out Jezza for helping me correct my order mistake!

I’m an active Queen Box subscriber and honestly… it’s the highlight of my every two months! I get so excited waiting for the Empress Mimi surprise. The lingerie is always stunning — beautiful pieces that hug the body perfectly, with luxurious fabrics and elegant cuts, all tailored to my own measurements.
As an S++ woman, it’s usually hard to find lingerie that truly flatters my shape, but THIS IS IT! Receiving my box is my favourite moment, and I love that I get to try colours and styles I wouldn’t normally choose myself. Everything is wonderfully customizable depending on what you’re open to exploring.
I also have to mention the exceptional customer service — lovely ladies who reply quickly and resolve any issue even faster. A special shout-out to Jezza, who offered me an outstanding customer service experience and made me fall in love with this brand even more. She was amazing!

I really can’t praise this company enough. I’ve been working on my self image issues lately and these lingerie sets make me feel so confident in my body which is genuinely a new experience for me. The sets are beautiful and I love the different themes. So far each order I’ve gotten has been a perfect size, fits nicely, and the only discomfort is an occasional wedgie which is just a natural part of wearing panties.

My favorite part is that many of them have enough coverage to be used as clubbing outfits without accidentally flashing anyone for free (although nipple covers help with that too).

The help team is absolutely lovely too, I had an issue with one of my packages and the support I received was quick, efficient and empathetic which I really appreciate. Even if they can’t help you, they’ll still validate your frustrations and try their best to accommodate. Thankfully my support person was able to resolve my problem and I’m so grateful that I was able to get it sorted out.

I've used the subscription service for a number of years for my wife but she feels the quality has worsened, the fit isn't what is once was and I felt duped when signing up to what I thought was an annual subscription with a voucher code. It turns out the code lasted for one month and then it was full price thereafter, not something I experience the first couple of years I used the company. Jezza was very nice but I wont use the company again as I felt misled.

The pixie whom helped me was quick, informative and very polite-a delight!

I appreciate the team’s quick responses to any of the questions I have had on my order. Even on the weekends they were quick the respond to me. I had an issue with firstly receiving a damaged item, and then the replacement size not coming back in stock. Jezza first gave me a credit and assisted me immediately. When I needed further accommodations with the credit, she went above and beyond for me. On top of this did I mention how beautiful their designs are? They're also comfy and sensory friendly. Highly recommend Empress Mimi!!!

Poor inventory tracking. Store sells inventory they don't actually have and failed to update it on multiple items. Standard procedure is to refund to original payment instead of sending a bunch of emails for each item and default to worthless store credit.

Timely address change when ordering. Jezza was quick to help and re-address my order when I placed an order that had autofilled my former address. She was able to make the timely change and was very communicative about the process, while also giving me realistic answers as it might have been too late to make the change, but she made it happen!
