Empress Mimi offers a lovely range of out of this world lingerie, with constant promos, points and subscription programs. I love the pieces are customisable in terms of the fit, however, I feel like some older models run smaller... the difference between a bra from more recent sets compared to older ones is crazy, they cups fit too big, but then going a size down affects the fit on the back and such, it can be a bit difficult sometimes to find a good fit. I will say their customer service is quite good however, they are very helpful and super nice.

I purchased the Queen subscription box for Christmas in 2023 as a gift for my wife…she has enjoyed each and every piece of lingerie that had been sent. The items very well made and look great on her. I’ve now upgraded to the Empress subscription for her…well worth the money to see her wear some very sexy lingerie. I would highly recommend the subscription boxes as a gift…you won’t regret it!

While the sets are beautiful, what made this purchase worth it was the customer service. I hadn’t realized how long the shipping took when I placed my order—which I was hoping to have before my first wedding anniversary. Jezza was a literal life saver! She helped me make the order express, and did everything she could to make sure I had my order before my anniversary trip (which I did!). My husband and I are both grateful lol.

I have some really mixed feelings regarding Empress Mimi this last ten months or so with a few being not good at all. Considering the first year or so of my experience with you guys was nothing but positive it’s pretty disappointing the decline in service. That being said I’ve had to deal with your customer service people a few times and Jezza has been very helpful and has done what she can to help me. She may not be able to fix certain things, but having friendly people helping makes one less issue to deal with. So thank you Jezza, I appreciate you. Submitted an order. 10 days later after it was still not shipped. I contacted customer service. They said they didn't know why and said they would ask the warehouse. Two days after that no update. I asked them to cancel and refund and they have not responded. It's been nearly 20 days since I ordered from them and I have received nothing. Horrible company.

At first I was skeptical and was convinced I was being scammed lol. The customer support team was very kind nonetheless. I will say it did take a little longer than I expected to receive my package. I still love everything though! It’s very beautiful and the fabric is very soft. I did goof and order sizes too big for the bras so I’ll have to exchange them. They were very fast in responding to my return request!

Had some issues with a couple of items which we received fantastic support for. Can’t thank them enough.
