Such a lovely friendly personable company, who you can trust that your needs will be met. Adaptable to last minute changes of plan. Very easy going on pick-up and drop-off!

Emry’s removals went above and beyond with their level of customer service. I had a misplaced box (which was no fault of Emry’s) which Matthew, (an Emry’s employee) went out of his way to help and reunite me with. I The standard of customer care was exceptional and I think it is rare to find- can’t recommend them enough! If I’m ever in need of a removal company I would undoubtedly use Emry’s in the future.

My move to uni was fairly rushed as I didn't have any time off work to plan. I didn't have a lot to move but it was enough to make traveling across the country using public transportation a hassle. So I made the decision to hire movers at the last minute. Turned out to be the best decision I made. The communication prior to the move was very clear, and they made sure to update and explain to me any changes that happened. They arrived on time, and had my stuff in the van very quickly. I was not expecting to get updated on how far away they were from the drop off location when the time to drop off my stuff was coming, so I really appreciated that. They dropped off my stuff when they said they would and helped me carry it up to my new space. None of my things were damaged as well. I will definitely be putting in a request when I'm moving from uni next year.

Absolutely wonderful. Managed to move 3 pieces of furniture (one very heavy) from three separate places to one address - something others struggled with. Unbeatable price and service! This is the second time I Have booked with Emrys, once as a student during the start of the pandemic and now as a graduate. Each time it was easy to get a quote, the team at Emrys are easy to get in contact with. They offer an impeccable and flexible service. I had peace of mind booking a van as it meant they could offer me an appropriate size due to my quantity of stuff and if there was an extra box there was plenty of room. They are experienced and reliable proffessional movers will move you anywhere in the country. First move was 4-5hrs, second was less than 2hrs to Cardiff. Could not praise this company enough. Booking them took the stress out of moving.

Emrys Removals were just fantastic from start to finish, reassuring and professional in what was quite a stressful and changeable situation moving my sons things from University to home at the end of his degree. I had to change things a few times and the communication, flexibility and support was brilliant. the move went very smoothly and was so efficient and professional.

I found Emrys Removals as Student Movers after a Google search. They were by far the most affordable movers for my trip (going from York to London) - by a good 300 pounds. Matthew was incredibly communicative throughout the booking process, and Chris, who loaded the van and drove on the day, was amazingly helpful and friendly. He was kind enough that my mum noted it when she called to let me know my things had arrived!

They were also incredibly helpful in notifying me that I'd accidentally overpaid my quote, and Chris was quick to pay it back to my account. I can't recommend them enough for any students looking to move. Their prices are fairer than quotes I got anywhere else, and their service is superb. If I ever have to move again, I know who I'm calling first.
