The website is clean and easy to navigate. I did have some issue with the color blindness test. The test was “inconclusive,” so to speak. The test did not give me a result. It said that the test could not be conducted as taken. Otherwise, my purchase was quick and easy.

The product is fantastic and service was excellent.

The wrong glasses were sent and they are not prescription as ordered. However, I sent you an email, so I know I will hear from you.

The glasses and the shipping and process was all fine, but I got the glasses for my son and they aren't really working well for him. He took the test before and got a 0% on green and an 87% on red. So it said he was deutan, the glass I got him said they would work for that. But after getting the glasses he took the test again multiple times and his score is almost the same except he gets a 12% on green. He still can't see the green hardly at all and still is getting 87% on red.

I've had Enchroma glasses for over 10 years, but the newer ones provide even better color vision! The glasses look great and are the most comfortable glasses I've ever worn.

My husband is very pleased with his new EnChroma glasses. They fit over his regular glasses without feeling heavy or bulky. Even the nose piece does not feel like it is supporting two glasses at once.
He is pleased to finally see "real" colors.
He joked that it would be nice to have "captions", like on TV's, to tell him what the new colors are. For example, which is red and which is orange. :)

Poor customer service.

My son was diagnosed as being colorblind in July and these glasses have given him the ability to see the right colors again. In just the few days he's had his glasses, it had opened up his world so much in such a short time. He is happier and hus teachers have seen a different too. Thank you.

I have bought glasses as a gift for my colorblind friend (Protan) who in addition to that has a pretty complex optical impairment. Guys did absolutely best: made glasses in requested time, nailed the optical prescription, and the best part is that for my friend it works, in just two days of wearing these he started much easier differentiate different whiteboard marker colors (these were looking almost all the same for him) and started differentiate yellow color. He's happy and I'm happy, it was a great gift.

Bought these for my color-blind wife. They have been life changing. She is seeing the world in a whole new light with colors she's never seen before. Highly recommend.

Expensive... plus i had to pay for the shipping.

Also i feel it now changed my color vision... my white now has a tinge of pink... some of the yellow are now different...

Great customer service! Our teenage son saved up to buy a pair of your glasses. Sadly, they arrived slightly damaged. Thank you for sending him a new pair right away!!

Everything was great except you advertise too much. Kinda gets on my nerves.

It works great on ny nephew, he almost cried seeing those colors for the first time. He said now the colors are more vibrant. He tested again using the Color blind test without the glasses 0% green and 87% red. With the glasses he tested 75% green and 100% red.

Sadly he could barely see any difference. Too much to spend for little results. We had to keep trying different things to look at for little result.

One of the worst service.
