I’ve had my endless pool for approximately 5 years. I am giving it 5stars partly because I love swimming and having it here in my garden shed to use at all hours has literally kept me sane. I also want to shout out for Paul in customer service. Recently my pool stopped working. Paul responded to my distress with patience and expertise and was able to work out I just needed to replace a relatively small part. He even went above and beyond contacting the delivery courier to ensure the replacement water purification motor thingie arrived asap then he talked my friend through fitting it in a few minutes. My friend is an engineer but I reckon I could have managed myself with Pauls’ help.

The Endless Pools concept is fantastic, I use mine more or less every day. Recently I ordered the parts to upgrade mine from Original to Performance.

The level of dedication their technical support team - especially Paul - has to keep their customers up and running is unbelievable.

I wanted to jump online and leave this review in case anyone was sitting on the fence. Make the jump, you wont regret it!

Our build was extremely complicated as it involved removing an old pool and space was also restricted. The process started back in November 2021 and I had no idea the can of worms I had opened with the extra engineering works and compliance works due to replacing an old pool. The whole process was an absolute nightmare and I am so thankful for Joel and Cristina’s patience and assistance throughout this whole ordeal.

Further issues arose with the two easements on the property, which Endless again managed on behalf with South East Water, Melbourne Water and Local Council. Endless held my hand the whole way with constant advice and also dealing with third party trades when required. I would hate to think of the number of emails sent during the last two years.

I was extremely thorough with my research, as this was my family’s dream project and I cannot fault Endless Pools & Spas throughout the whole process. Could not recommend Endless (especially Joel & Cristina) any higher!

Worst customer service. Almost no support once you buy the product (but plenty before). You can't get basic parts without a long call in, returned calls missed, emails unanswered. It is an endeavor to deal with them. Don't buy. Owner for 10 years+.

This review is subsequent to my previous one.
Now it is winter we discover that despite what someone told us, it is not recommended to drain down for the winter, instead we have to keep it at a minimum temperature of 15 degrees C!!!! It is costing us a fortune and we aren't even using it. I cannot understand why it has to be so warm, it wouldn't freeze at much lower than that - we estimate it is costing us around £10 a day at this temperature.

Great customer service any issues are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner .
