I've been using the platform for more than 6 months and I have to admit that the guys know what they're doing. The UX is very simple and the customer service is very proactive and responsive.

On the other hand you're getting good value for money.

Helpful and efficient reports. I required a refund and really appreciate their prompt reply and have to say they sorted the issue very quickly and simply.

Would definitely recommend them.

Had all the information I needed and when I made a mistake in purchasing the wrong report they were happy to refund me so I could afford to buy the correct report.
The only thing I would possibly change is a subscription offer for students or to partner with business faculties in universitys so we can use your services with less money worries.

Even though the end product received was a bit disappointing as the links were not working and there was not that much overall information (due to the micro size of the company not other reasons), the friendly customer service was quick to help with all of the questions and very lenience towards refunding. Hope that they managed to fix the technical issues and otherwise will use the service again, only for a lot larger companies next time.

The product is amazing, I especially appreciate the design. Compared to other software, it's clear that they put a lot of effort in their User experience. The customer service is amazing too.

I stumbled across the Endole website this evening and had a couple of questions. I used the live chat option, not really expecting anyone to be there at this time of the evening.
The service was excellent. All my questions were answered in full, nothing was too much trouble and there was no attempt at a 'hard sell'. I simply got the answers to my questions, politely given and was given plenty of time to browse and make up my mind about what I wanted to do. I will certainly be using this company again if this is the level of customer service!

Wow, what out standing customer service from these guys. Help me no end, with a rather different request that I had.

Always kept me informed as what was happening and the file I have is perfect.

I purchased a report for a small company which, unbeknownst to me, contained very little information that isn't available on the free report because it doesn't need to be disclosed by smaller companies.

I therefore contacted customer services to request a refund as per their money back guarantee and the advisor that I spoke to was fantastic, even delaying their lunch to process my refund and was very understanding that I wouldn't be aware that such little information would be available. Great experience!

Using both Insight and Explorer products - great alternative to Duedil (which is now very expensive). Excellent customer service too when I got stuck with something!

We've been using Endole for about a month now.

It's a good system to capture company information in an easy to use interface. Not as much functionality as some of the other systems on the market, but considering the price it has everything that most users will need.

Payment system is pretty basic and if you sign-up to both Insights and Explorer, you may need help from their tech support to enable both at the same time. Customer support was very responsive within UK business hours and solved our issue within minutes.

Recommended.

Have been trying to obtain a report ordered 26 hours ago. No reply to the online query submissions (3) No reply other than they apologise for keeping you waiting on the live chat to raise a query then simply send a link to fill in a online report!
Non existent customer service .
They are happy to take your money but not supply the goods.
If you use a smart phone to reset your password it simply just logs you in again on the supplied link.
Don't waste your money using them.

I had placed an order for a company document. I had not received any information. The purchase came with a 100% money back guarantee if not satisfied. I made an enquiry immediately regarding the purchase. After 1 week, they still have not got back to me and they have not issued a refund. Based on my experience, this company is not trustworthy.
Very bad service.

I was surprised to find that you get this type of information for private companies. In hindsight I should have purchased a package of 5, but i was a bit unsure initially so just bought a single report. The report was detailed and informative, and gave me quite a bit to think about regarding the company in question, but also the sector in general. I would use the service again, and recommend it for a serious private investor looking at a specific company or sector.

Sid was extremely helpful, and patient. Explained everything in a language that I understood, will definitely use again.

Customer experience was great especially when its nearly midnight I still received great support and the response was quick. They quickly resolved my issue while I was chatting to support and as quick as that my problem was sorted and I was left feeling happy with a useful service that will help my business grow! :)
