when I make an appointment they arrive on time , do the job , explain everything so it is easy to understand , clean up as they do the job , are polite also they do the job properly .

I feel that it is an honest company with competitive rates.

Great company. Communication is fast and service is professional always.

The service technician, Mohammad Kazem, was friendly, efficient, organized and answered all my questions.

$360.00 a year for a furnace cleaning that is probably worth $125.00 as it only takes the tech 15 mins to do it. Most equipment is dependable enough, you would be better to put the $30.00 / month into a high interest savings / TFSA so you get the interest $& if you need a repair, the money has paid you, not Enercare...

Once again. Ahmed Chowdhury lied to me about most everything, but the biggest problem is I now owe Relaince $1200.00 for the removal of my Hot Water tank that he told me would cost $40.00 cancellation fee. He lied about the PP CC, and in fact, he lied about most everything, to get this sale. I expect Enercare to pay for my $1200.00 cost to Reliance as it is a result of your salesman misrepresenting the costs. I would like to speak to one of your executives, as they need to know what this saleman is doing. I want my $1200.00 I owe to reliance paid to me....

Very loyal to their customers. We can depend on Enercare.
