There needs to be more value for money…
There needs to be more value for money in the membership. There are limited classes and the personal trainers arrangements are unclear between management and staff. The music is too loud.

I've been coming to Énergie Fitness for around a year.
I've been coming to Énergie Fitness for around a year. It is a really good place to train. There's a huge range of machines which are well maintained and immaculately clean. Depending on the time of day, it's sometimes nearly empty and at other times comfortably full. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Over the years, I've trained at a number of gyms, and this one is undoubtedly among the best.

Great local gym
I always have a great time during my workout here. There's a great range of equipment, it's always very clean, and has a great atmosphere. Both the staff and clients are considerate, (special shout out to Personal Trainers Jacob and Artem, who are very knowledgeable and down to earth), friendly and very respectful of personal space. It feels like a very safe environment and it's really inspiring to see people pursuing different fitness goals.

Lovely gym, needs better quality classes
This is a great gym in a key location. It's easy to get to and it's open 24 hours. Access to the gym is via stairs but it also has a lift. It has a variety of machines, it's always well looked after and very clean. It is of course busy during peak times but staff is friendly and helpful. The only downside is that there is no dedicated room for the classes which happen in an area that doesn't have any walls and is part of the floor gym! The class timetable is also poor, so the focus is the weight and machine area. Overall a good value for money and the atmosphere is pleasant.

Staff are very engaging and definitely work hard to make this one of the best gyms in london, fantastic facilities and equipment is spot on! Definitely the best gym in North London by far! Try it and see for yourself.

Great gym but too small and overcrowded at peak times
This is a great gym with lots of new equipment and very helpful staff. However, it suffers from being too small for the number of people using it. This means that during peak times, ie, 4:30pm to 7pm you have to wait to use the machines and the free weights. This is not helped by the number of young people who cannot stop using their phones in between each set so increasing the amount of time you have to wait!
I've used this gym for the last 6 months and I cannot fault the staff or the cleanliness, however, I'm going to start looking for a new gym that's bigger and less crowded.
If you can go during the day or later in the evening then this place is a great choice but otherwise I would suggest choosing somewhere larger.
