I am so happy to make exercise in this gym. Personal trainers, the managers, hosts and the staff in general are so nice that every time I'm feeling like if it is my second home. I highly recommend this place ❤️

Great gym
Great gym! Close to my flat with all the equipment I need and not too busy during my standard training times.
I had to deduct one star as people are terrible at putting their equipment away! Not everyone will be able to unload 25kg plates of the leg press and might therefor not be able to use it.

Amazing Trainer Mel!
I attend the local classes and they are absolutely amazing! I normally attend Mels sessions in the Bethnal Green branch as I feel she understands my needs perfectly and meets them which motivates me into going to the gym! Definitely worth upgrading my membership so I can attend these classes!

I love the gym
I love the gym, it’s comfy and the staff is very nice and welcoming. Barbara is my favourite cause she really looks after me every time, special thanks to Hercules as well. I wish they had more machines for lower body but everything else is perfect the way it is
