Great sized gym, awesome equipment, I can always find the guidance on how to use equipment the correct way, staff so friendly, approachable and always willing to help, nice ambiance and nothing but praise for everyone and everything.

I've recently joined the gym and I have to say how great it is. in particular the cleanliness, there are a number of sanitizing stations where you can access sanitizer and detergent to clean the equipment after you. Changing rooms spotless and very helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

The gym is great good range of equipment. The staff are friendly and keep the gym really clean. My PT Cal is awesome he has really helped me to want to go to the gym again after a long period of zero activity!! 😀 the open all hours offers great flexibility for people with busy lives.

Poorly Managed
Constant issues with the electronic door access meant that for over six weeks I couldn't get entry to the building - often left out in the street till someone let me in. The manager has an idiosyncratic and authoritarian attitude to customer service.

I’m sorry about your unfortunate experience with our access control system. Allow me to explain. There was a problem with our IT provider across the network that resulted in your entry fob failing repeatedly, this should not have happened, and I apologise for this failure. However, whenever you rang our front doorbell, you were always let in immediately. We did try our very best to work with both yourself and our IT provider to resolve the situation, and kept you informed at every stage. I am pleased to say that the problem was rectified, and you were able to access our gym with your entry fob.
On another note, my Manager has explained to you why we terminated your membership, but if you do wish to discuss further, please feel free to contact me. Wendy (Club Owner)

The equipment is spotless, the staff are so helpful, I am so glad I joined this gym in Bridgend I would rate the gym for what it is 10/10

Disgusting attitude by the lady working…
Disgusting attitude by the lady working there today 07/10/21. Very rude! If you are not a local I would not recommend coming to this gym because you will be treated differently and like an outcast to the regulars. Unprofessional, obviously unhappy with her job title and career.

Newbie starting out after a long time away from the gym.
Great location, and never madly busy. Always running machines x trainers spare and plenty of other equipment to use.
First time back in a gym after 10 years away and would recommend it to anyone.
Shame that the boditrax is only available once, was not told that when joining. Had hoped to keep a tab on my progress.

However, we do understand that not everyone will want to use this great fitness and body composition machine, so we offer a trial use on our Classic membership. Our WOW membership includes unlimited use of Boditrax (and there is an App so you can record your progress). If you would like to upgrade your membership, just let one of the team know when you're next in club! Wendy (Club Owner)

I love this place
I love this place. Always friendly welcoming staff, tried yoga first time other day and I think I expressed every motion I had ever felt! Already started noticing huge changes in myself, my confidence has grown and I can't thank this gym enough!

For new starters we do offer an in-depth induction with one of our great personal trainers, this session is called a Kickstart. I can see that Kris was unfortunately able to book this for you at the time as you were unsure of your schedule and availability. You can book a Kickstart session either through the App or with a member of the team at any time.
