If there ıs no mirror in the gym, there ıs no way to say that's a decent gym. Gym needs mirrors all around the place. other than that everything is fine. :)

Love the classes, staff is so lovely and helpful. Gym is clean and tidy. Better aircon system and more mirrors would be great though.

I really enjoy all the fitness classes. All the instructors are awesome and give their best in every class.

Staff are both, very friendly and very helpful.

Only negative is there is no water filter.

This company does not even deserve 1 rating.

When I was signing up for membership, I specifically told them that I want a flexible membership where I can freeze payments and restart with no strings attached. I was told they have all the features and showed me the website and all and made me read conditions.

Now, when i froze membership for 3rd month, they charged me money and said we can only freeze for 2 months in a year. I told them I want to cancel my membership if that is the case. They made me for another additional month. All these is happening when I am in different country and not using the gym.

I would not recommend this gym company if you want flexibility. All they offer are lies and a very small gym.

Small gym but it has what I need. Sometimes it gets packed for the lack of space

I think it is a great and nice place to get your fitness. There are a lot of machines to do your workout which are in a very good conditions.. I enjoy the gym very well each time I come to do my workout. It was indeed a pleasure and very nice to belong to Ẻnergie fitnee where workout is full of fun

Great gym and really suits my needs. Only complaint I have is some members hog equipment too long (sitting scrolling through their phone!) and perhaps a time limit should be placed to stop this happening so everyone can get to use it.

Average gym. Nice and helpful staff. Insufficient ventilation and few broken machines. Extremely loud music blaring out of speakers even though most members seem to use headphones during their workout.

I joined a month ago after a long gym absence. The staff are helpful and friendly. There are plenty classes to suit all interests and a good variety of times, so you can do them in the morning or evening, which I find good to fit in around my shift work. It is easy to book them on the app and with the higher fee you can book a week in advance. It is clean, has plenty equipment and is not intimidating. You can see on the app how many are there, so you can go at a quieter time. It is easy to pay monthly and cancel. The price is affordable. Overall I am glad I joined.

It could be abit bigger , a few machines are broken a while .

And everyone walks around like the walking dead live life haha 😂

Love the equipment and vibes at this gym I just wish there was a hip abductor instead of two leg curl extensions

Great place for a work out. Love the atmosphere.

This is the best gym I’ve been part of. I have attempted to be part of big mainstream gyms but have never felt comfortable. Since joining Energie fitness citywest I have felt comfortable and confident attending a gym for the first time ever. The trainers are amazing. They are so welcoming and make you feel extremely comfortable. They go out of their way to approach you and ask how you are and have a conversation when they notice you. They really make you feel like you belong and like you’re part of a family.

The location is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful .

Great range of classes, the fellow members are inspiring, the classes are led by personal trainers who give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during them with just the right amount of encouragement. Theres music on in the gym and the atmosphere is great. Easy Booking is through your energie app for gym time or classes . Gym is well maintained and staff are lovely and friendly

Everything is great except the fact that the dumbells are never arranged in a proper order, which makes it hard to find them at times. Otherwise you have everything you need for a great workout.
