Amazing staff
Amazing staff, super friendly and helpful. The gym looks tidy and clean and there is everything you need to workout. Definitely one of the best gym I have ever used in London.

Friendly staff, good selection of machines and free weights, and reasonably priced. And they have the Euros on the TV!

Convenient neighbourhood gym during COVID restrictions
Recently started using Energie gym because of not going to central London (work from home).
My review would not be wholesome as I visit only in the last hour before the gym closes. Hence, it is less crowded at that time and I have had no complaints whatsoever regarding equipment availability.
Gym equipment is new, in good shape and the gym is clean and brightly lit.
A few equipments would be great to add however, I find them missing only because I have been used to them in my earlier gym for a long time.
One gym staff is always present and COVID rules are followed.
Occasionally, have noticed individual members not being hygienic with cleaning the machines after use and they carry/litter used jackets/bags on the gym floor. However, this is individual issue, not a lapse on Energie part.
Last comment - the gym has limited locker/changing facilities and very limited shower facilities.
Overall, it is a practical and convenient neighbourhood gym.

Good gym
My experience has been positive covid protocols are good , equipment cleaned regularly by staff . Every member has there own cleaning materials upon entering . Equipment is good good variety of machines weights etc. Staff are very helpful and friendly, club is well ventilated excellent value for money, easy access to booking time at gym .

Hello, I’m Brazilian. I’ve been training for some time alone, but what I realized at this gym doesn’t have a person accompanying beginners, getting lost at the gym when they arrive. They do not know how to use the gym equipment, they do not know anything and you do not have this professional who gives the initial guidelines. With this, I believe that in a short time people give up or end up committing some injury due to lack of posture, lack of guidance from a professional in the field
