We're glad to hear you are generally satisfied with your énergie Fitness experience however, it sounds like there are a few things we could do to improve. Please raise your concern regarding the cleanliness of the toilet/shower facilities with a member of staff and they will be able to assist you.

We want to create an environment within our gyms that makes our members feel welcomed and motivated to achieve our goals, it seems we have fallen short on this occasion and for that we sincerely apologise and hope we can make it up to you in the near future. We at energie completely understand your point-of-view. We try to insure that loud music is not played in the early morning, however during the day and evening for many classes it is necessary to play music to create the right atmosphere.
