Love this gym, especially because of the amazing staff, who are all so supportive, friendly and warm. A special mention to Jadranka, whom I had the pleasure of being coached by while preparing for my very first HYROX competition in Málaga last April.

She was incredibly supportive, encouraging and passionate about what she does. She pushed me, believed in me, and helped me believe in myself, so much so that I ended up competing in the HYROX Pro category!

She is such an inspiring woman and coach, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything she taught me. She showed me that I was capable of much more than I thought. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

I've been going to Energie Fitness for a few years now and I highly recommend it. So down to earth and such wonderful trainers. Very personal and supportive. A gym without the hype and all of the heart. Thanks guys!

Very welcoming staff nice relax place. Good range of equipment.

Staff are very well trained and give good training tips. The classes are also very good. Trainers watch and correct us.

I have been a member here for about 4 years now and in this time I have always been encouraged by the incredible dedicated staff like Mark to push myself further in their amazing group classes up to the latest challenge that Michael put me forward for which was a doubles Hyrox pro with another trainer Jadranka whom helped me up my training and trained with me to achieve our incredible first Hyrox challenge. Thank you all so much. Can’t wait for the next challenge.

A very welcoming gym where trainers staff and customers are chilled . I have had the benefit of working with Jadranka one of the excellent personal trainers there. She puts a lot of thought and analysis into designing resistance training programmes tailored to my physical needs. She is a great help with various sport injuries and very knowledgeable on anatomy nutrition and fitness . After 10 months my fitness and energy has greatly improved . I highly recommend Jadranka. Overall the gym has very good fitness classes and equipment and good dressing rooms. It is a no nonsense gym where the focus is on training and classes to improve your overall health .

Lovely gym with very friendly staff! I really enjoy the dance class with Jadranka-it's always fun,relaxing,and full of laughter.
The movements give me so much energy and challenge my whole body in a positive way.
Every class makes me fell great and motivated!

Lovely gym , the staff are all so welcoming and warm it’s such a lovely community!! Went back to spinning class last night and jadranka was incredible the variation in the class was brilliant and I really enjoyed the work out!!

I’ve been going to this gym for over a year. It’s a good, most affordable one in the area. Gym has all equipment needed to build strength and it’s not too busy. The instructors are very supportive and helped me recover from injury. If you are looking for classes there are not too many, but the price reflects it. Dave and Mark are superb as instructors.

The gym is well-equipped with everything you need, and the classes are excellent. The staff are incredibly friendly and the membership is very affordable which is great value for money.
I started working with Jadranka Lakoseljac (PT) months ago and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She has provided me with the knowledge and motivated me in making progress towards my goals. Sessions with Jadranka are focused and targeted. I’ve been very happy with the progress made to date and certainly couldn’t have done it with her expertise and guidance.

Great gym all round. All the staff are lovely and very helpful. Jadrankas dumbbell and spin classes are fantastic she’s a wonderful and motivating coach!

Jadranka is a wonderful personal trainer and really cares about her clients and their goals. In 6 months training with her, I have seen huge improvements in my form, shape and strength.

I've been going a few weeks now and i'm really enjoying the experience so far. The gym has a great atmosphere, the staff are nice and everyones so friend. The equipment is also easy to use and very acessible.

Friendly staff. Not too busy at off peak, no issues with the functioning of the equipment. Very reasonable membership fee.

The entire building (workout area and changing rooms) needs upgrading.

Peeling paint, black stains on upper walls, cracked plaster, and some dust and cobwebs obvious. Some machines would benefit from a deep clean. Electric wiring could be concealed.

I enjoy coming here but it looks a bit rundown.

Calf machine cud be upgraded, as u cant lift heavy weight, gym members using weight plates and just leaving wherever they workout instead put it back. Apart from that seems all good.
