Recently joined, have not used all the facilities yet, but so far friendly gym, sufficient equipment for the number of daily users. Small classes, max of 12 people, so the PT/teacher can focus on everyone. Plenty of disinfectant provided to clean equipment between uses. Bathrooms seem to be regularly cleaned. In general this is a adults gym, very few young adults/teens at the facility.

This gym is brilliant, been to numerous gyms over the years and this has the perfect balance of heavy plate loaded free-weights, functional and more standard pin loaded and cardio.

The yard area is brilliant, to have a space available for plyometric and ballistic sports specific work as well is great!

The owner and the staff, have done and excellent job!

My experience at energie fitness is fantastic friendly people , I have the best trainer Louise very understanding , professional and friendly . Customer service is great too

I have been a passionate gym goer for many years and since lock down I lost my motivation, looking for a new gym and I came across Energie fitness. Driving around the round about I pulled over and I saw two fellas outside playing music and doing some promotional activity I believe (Adam & Josh) the guys was so welcoming and it was nice they took the time to show me around I walked in and I could feel the energy I couldn’t believe how organised and tidy it was no weights on the floor and look like all plates was racked up aswell I saw a lot of memeber even cleaning the equipment which was a shock to me , it was a no brainer to sign up on the spot thank you Energie eltham

Friendly and helpful staff

Really recommend this place, great equipment, always well air conditioned and clean, top atmosphere for getting/staying fit, staff always been very friendly.

Joined couple of weeks ago, good location, helpful staff. A variation of classes, reasonable prices, so far so good.

I recently joined the Eltham branch and was shown around to know where everything is. I would have 4 stars but I feel as if where the treadmills etc are it’s really warm? There’s one air con unit at one end which doesn’t reach the other end? And where it’s floor to ceiling windows it’s like doing cardio in a green house 😂. Please consider an air con unit at the other end!
