All the staff are very friendly and…
All the staff are very friendly and helpful. In the mornings the gym is not too crowded just perfect. There is a large variety of machines.

I had never been a member of a gym…
I had never been a member of a gym before and decided to join Énergie Fitness Hampton Hill. I’m extremely impressed with the gym, the friendly atmosphere, the equipment and set up is all brand new and a really positive place to be. The manager Andrew has gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome and help me learn how to use the equipment properly and give advice on exercise, training and nutrition!! Absolutely fantastic couldn’t be happier!!

Brilliant Gym
I am delighted to be a member of this new gym. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The equipment is the best I have come across in 10 years going to the gym. Keep up the good work in these challenging times

Everything there is great
Everything there is great. I have no problems at all. Equipment is good, lockers are good, space is good, music is motivational, the atmosphere is encouraging and energetic. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The only thing I'd say is sometimes all the benches are in use and I have to wait around. But that's probably because I'm going there at quite a busy time of day (4-5.30pm), and it's a gym in a London suburb.

Friendly and knowledgable staff
Friendly and knowledgable staff. Great equipment. Everyone being responsible about cleaning equipment after use. In addition, the staff also wipe down equipment thereby providing reassurance. Can’t wait for classes to start. Thank you for enhancing our high street and community.

I feel so much stronger already
Really enjoying being a member of a local gym again which is proving to be great value for money. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming, knowing names of their members really quickly since opening a few weeks ago. Everything is clean and Covid-friendly. I'm using Angelica as a PT once a week who is just fantastic and then go once or twice more alone. Her sessions are varied which I really like and she is pushing me to do exercises that are great for my problem back. I feel so much stronger already.

Great new gym
Great new gym. Really clean, all new equipment, good selection of free weights. Love the yard where you can do circuits. Could do with some kettle bells.
