Lovely local gym with approachable, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great classes- I attend the yoga and pilates here- never disappointed with regular helpful teachers. Great value for money.

Really enjoying this gym. Venus is incredibly kind and given I was nervous joining the gym she always makes me feel comfortable and welcome, especially on my first day.

Really great value gym
Really great value gym! Friendly staff, all standard equipment you'd expect from a large gym and never too crowded or busy.
Very simple sign up and arrival experience and all the covid safety measure clearly explained including booking slot system, hand sanitiser stations and plenty of disinfectant for use.

Decent equipment... If you can get your hands on it!
Has most of the main equipment you need although can be hard to get your hands on it if the gym is mildly busy

Energie Fitness is a nice gym.

Great local gym
I've been a member for three years. A great local gym within walking distance, so very convenient for exercising around work and on weekends. Staff are friendly, approachable and helpful. The gym is clean and spacious with a range of gym equipment. If you're looking for an affordable local gym then look no further.

They took another payment even though I…
They took another payment even though I cancelled in February and paid my 1 months leaving notice for March... not happy. Also constantly text and email you trying to get you to sign up again despite me asking them to deleted my contact information. Do not recommend this gym.

Good atmosphere, enough space. Nice and light. Changing facilities are fine. Cleanliness ok. Equipment works! Could get full range of kettle bells!

I absolutely love this gym - Tuesday evenings are an issue for capacity though hence the 4 stars instead of 5
I absolutely love this gym: small, friendly, really good onboarding process, great staff, reasonably priced and a great selection of free weights. My only complaint - and the reason for not giving 5 stars is that it can get really really busy - Tuesday nights at 7ish are insane - compounded by classes which go on in the gym. Ive only been a member since Christmas so it may just be a post-christmas thing but if it isn't, its really something that needs addressing - probably by knocking the classes on the head.
