Love this gym, as soon as I stepped in for the first time last September I knew it was the one for me the staff are amazing and so patient thank you everybody

I was advised not to join because the sauna will never be sorted, the showers are temperamental, and the staff care more about signing people up to their PT classes than actually looking after... もっと見る

What can I say ?
What can I say that makes this gym better than others I’ve been to ?
I think it comes down to not just great facilities but warm welcoming and helpful staff who are happy to help and encourage you on your fitness journey and welcome you with a smile
It was hard making the step to come back to the gym in my fifties, thinking it’s a place for just young people but how wrong I was . There are people of all age groups and equipment and classes to suit everyone of any age or fitness level .
I’d highly recommend the gym and whilst I haven’t been to all the classes (yet) I know that I’ve been supported in the ones I’ve been to . A big thank you to Niall in particular for believing in me .
I’d say stop reading the reviews and take the plunge and visit the gym, you’ll definitely be glad you did

Absolutely amazing gym with friendly staff. Sydney runs her women boxing classes every Sunday and I love it! Sydney is really friendly and makes the class fun! Love that learning boxing gave me so much confidence!

Extremely friendly & relaxed gym with great equipment.
I joined Energie Fitness Hyde in June after I’d finished my GCSE’s, my mum has been a member there for a number of years, and throughly enjoys going, she always told me how welcoming the gym was and that there was a variety of gym-goers of all levels of ability, she was right. I’am always welcomed at reception, and by the staff especially Charlotte Leech, whom is always at hand, and willing to show me how to use the machines and give me tips on my lifting techniques etc. I have a minor physical disability, my mum has made the staff aware of this and they are all fantastic in guiding me on the correct way to do things so I don’t cause any further damage to my muscle’s. I would not hesitate to recommend this gym to my friends or anyone whom would like to improve their health & fitness in an extremely friendly and relaxed gym. I’am looking forward to making more healthy improvements in 2025 and hopefully starting PT sessions with Charlotte Leech.

Very good gym I enjoyed the classes I attended. All the staff were very kind and ready to help me with my exercise. The staff member Luca was there to help me and give me guidance. Look forward to coming back.

Charlotte is an outstanding personal trainer
Training with Charlotte has been excellent. My fitness levels, boxing skills and physique have improved significantly. She is extremely positive, offers great nutrition advice and is very motivated.

PT sessions with Niall
Recently, I've had to change my workouts to improve my strength to assist with my rugby training. The PT's have really helped my stamina and strength and working on my form has helped being more effective with my gym workouts.
Since making my last review, the gym has replaced the damaged punch bags and included a new cycle machine to show how many seconds it takes to burn off a set number of calories. Raised to 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Always equipment/machines available to…
Always equipment/machines available to go on when I’ve been at different ones of day and weekend. There are busy times like every gym, but never crowded. Staff really helpful and friendly plus give free tips/advice etc when you need it. Classes really good - done circuits, boxing, yoga and cycling. Plenty to go at and decent vibe, plus customers there that actually look after the equipment and not leave it lying around for someone else to pick up.
