Good place to be
I just joined the gym, and I am enjoying very much.
Place is clean, staff is very helpful very specious and well equipped.

As someone who has never used a gym before, I was a bit apprehensive. However the staff are friendly and helpful which helps put you at ease. Other members are non judgemental and just focus on what they are there for. All ages, shapes and sizes. A supportive environment where you can go regularly to focus on your goals. The app is great too.

This gym has all the equipment we need…
This gym has all the equipment we need for training and now the are providing classes as well.
The team is really friendly and always willing to help us quick in any thing we need.
It has more space now than few years ago.
It has a really GOOD PRICE!

Cheap and cheerful
Cheap and cheerful, most convenient gym in my area. Stuff are friendly, atmosphere is good and the gym is prompt in reacting to feedback. It gets busy sometimes in the evening, but can't have it all, I suppose.

rude unhelpful staff and personal…
rude unhelpful staff and personal trainer sniggering/laughing as I left the building unable to walk due to DOMS also it's overcrowded machine out of order

I hope you are well. I am sorry to hear that you are not pleased with the amount of people visiting the gym. I hope you can understand that after gyms re-opened that demand was very high in most of our clubs. We hope that since writing this review that the amount of people visiting the gym at any one time has regulated and made it easier for you to complete your workout. Thanks for taking the time to write this review, we're always trying to do better.

Best Gym in the Area
I love this gym! I think the Kilburn/West Hampstead area needed a budget gym like this. The alternatives, I found out, weren’t great when I moved into the area. Mainly a very old and expensive Virgin Active or a really tiny Anytime Fitness.
The club manager (Jeremy) and staff are super helpful. They make sure you have a great experience and are getting the most out of your membership! I haven’t tried the classes yet but those friends that have absolutely loved them so I look forward to jumping into those as well.
Lastly, I really feel it’s fun and non-intimidating environment where everyone is welcome. So far everyone I’ve encountered at the gym has been pleasant even at peak hours. Super chill gym!

Spacious gym
Spacious gym, plenty of different machine.
Sometimes staff doesn't look like taking care of the gym and clients who might look for helps.

Not enough weights arround the gym
I think there is not enought weights arround the gym plus a very important equipment is missing such a hack sauad machine. Plus if the opening time in the weekend is early it would be great.
I would give 4 stars but cause of what i have mentioned above.
