Great atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic PT options. Supports nhs workers. Up to date equipment. Staff always available to help. Very clean. Good opening hours.

Poor management very rude attitude. Stay away just trustme or you’ll regret it. They only want your money. Pathetic attitude will never recommend this gym to anyone.
Very clean & tidy facility. Great choice of equipment for most types of training. Staff are all friendly and experienced in their departments.

Yard classes too dominant
Great staff, always friendly and welcoming. For me the Yard classes are too dominant, hence 4 stars. I appreciate other types of classes are being phased in but still too much emphasis on yard, which isnt for everyone. Also didn't feel the class name was representative of the workout. I went to push pull but felt my legs had done all the work and the instructor didnt interact or look at people's form during the class etc. The room felt too packed and there much space around the vast number of stations in the room. Love the spin classes and the gym itself is looking good after refurbishment. New equipment is good too. Those stair masters are a killer!!

Friendly and helpful staff
Friendly and helpful staff. Abundance of cardio machines. I don't participate in the classes so cant really comment on them. Changing rooms clean and functional. I enjoy regular workouts and the location is perfect for me.

My place
A gym where you belong to... that's what they say and that's exactly how it is. From the first day at the gym I feel it's my place. I love love love yard classes and zumba. Staff is always helpful and smile. I feel here safe and after workout just wow. This is my place.

The gym is very clean and the equipment is great. You will not be disappointed if you join.

Really enjoy the Zumba classes
Really enjoy the Zumba classes! Lucy is a fabulous teacher and has helped me get back to the gym after I lost motivation. She is welcoming and works for a speed that everyone can do and have fun.

LB Energie
I go to the Leighton Buzzard branch of energie - top place and it has all the things in there I need to workout. The staff are always friendly and it's a nice environment to go and exercise in. I'd say that pretty much the only thing wrong is the club ethos of leaving weights here, there and everywhere!
There should be signs up telling people when they are finished with whatever they are doing to strip the weight off bars or put plates out of the way. It's just a bit messy to just leave weights all over the place so someone has to search half the gym to find what they want. Likewise, when people are finished with weights they shouldn't just leave everything racked up for the next person to have to tidy up. This also shouldn't be down to the staff to clear every inch of the gym of what people leave behind. As a collective, it would make for a better gym and more efficient experience if this was picked up on.
Generally a great place to go though and great value for money.

Gym itself is ok, but
Gym itself is ok. Lots of varied equipment. Staffed well. Downside being tv sound system does not work on many treadmills, cross trainers and bikes. All things you spend a fair time on. I have given up complaining as they are never fixed.

The equipment downstairs seems to be…
The equipment downstairs seems to be very busy around 5 -7 therefore having to wait for people to come off,e.g bikes maybe time limit at busy times as some people use for 30 mins or longer.

Definitely on the up!
Been a member here for more years than I care to remember! This gym has recently undergone significant upgrades both structurally and kit-wise. Much appreciated. What has really made the difference is the management 'team', a word I've chosen quite deliberately. You can see and feel that there is an altogether more positive air and attitude around the place. Long may it continue.

Brilliant gym
Brilliant gym, really friendly and knowledgeable staff. It's nice to walk into a gym and not feel worried or put off. Everything is always clean and well looked after too.
