Great atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic PT options. Supports nhs workers. Up to date equipment. Staff always available to help. Very clean. Good opening hours.

Poor management very rude attitude. Stay away just trustme or you’ll regret it. They only want your money. Pathetic attitude will never recommend this gym to anyone.
Very clean & tidy facility. Great choice of equipment for most types of training. Staff are all friendly and experienced in their departments.

Does the job
Does the job. Equipment could do with an upgrade, here and there.
Used to pay the same price membership in central London with more advanced equipment.
Staff are lovely and very welcoming.

I am absolutely loving the classes and…
I am absolutely loving the classes and completely understand them being outside which personally I think is great.
However it would be good to have more times available before work e.g between 6:30-8am and after work 6:30-8.
All the trainers and staff could not be more friendly so much so I recommended to a friend and they have joined too.
Looking forward to continuing on my fitness journey to achieve my goals.

I have just joined your gym and I am enjoying until lockdown, so disappointing. Hope to be coming back soon. Staff are very friendly. Just need a few tweaks on the machines and where they are placed. Otherwise very happy.

Has Everything You Require
Fully equipped with equipment from cardio to heavy bodybuilding.
Cleanliness has become top factor and has created a comfortable workout space for any member. Capacity is never too full and the variety of equipment for each body part means you will always have something to use for your training whilst your preference is occupied. Highly recommend.

Disgusting service
I wish I could leave 0 stars. They put the gym in the area with no other gyms to get the monopoly. The gym is so small with not enough weights or equipment and no space between people - definitely no 2m social distancing insight despite having to reserve “slots” to go.
They charge more than other gyms which is even more expensive as they don’t even have enough facilities or space.
The staff are not helpful and don’t care about current pandemic health issues. I am sorry for people who trust this type of gym and they should not be allowed to be open. I complained to them and the “operations director” (an unqualified job) made a critique of my complaint, instead of analysing what the real problems were. Appalling and immature.
Gyms should be better regulated and not have uneducated people working there, the idea should be health not money.

Great local Gym
Great local gym that provided with a discounted membership due to being classified as a key worker through the COVID pandemic. Staff are welcoming and friendly and the hygiene levels of the gym and equipment are kept high.
Only down side is that bookings can only last up to one hour and you can only visit the gym once a day. I appreciate that this is due to COVID but it can be a little bit demanding to get everything done in one hour.

Fantastic Place - Loving it !!!
Just joined and after recent events this place has re-invigorated my passion for working out completely !! It has been a breath of fresh air ....
The staff are always friendly, helpful and most importantly happy and joining was a breeze ! The staff and clients are all over the Covid precautions constantly so feels possibly the safest place to be in the current environment ... and at moment, as I have plenty of free time, I would be down there twice a day if they would let me !
Finally and possibly most importantly it is great value for the monthly fee ... which is great as I am now feeling great again !
