Fabulous Online Service
I have really enjoyed the online classes provided by Énergie Fitness. The instructors are enthusiastic and helpful, always delivering excellent classes. The techniques can be adjusted to suit your ability, the instructors always explain how to do this. I have improved my fitness during lockdown as a result of the classes.

Great online classes
I have really enjoyed the online classes on offer, my sister was able to share her membership with me so I could take advantage of these.
The instructors are great, explain clearly and you can take things at your own pace.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Online Classes
I was a bit sceptical about doing online classes as I didn’t know what to expect. But I am so glad that I started the online classes. The range of classes are fantastic, from fitness to mindfulness and are suitable for all age groups. I could not recommend Energie Fitness enough. The classes have kept me busy during lockdown so I am really grateful to Energie Fitness! They have also allowed me to share my membership with friends and family. 😊

Great community gym
Great community gym! Online app isn’t the sleekest but works just fine. Would be nice if zumba was offered as evening classes :)

Everything in the gym is great,
Everything in the gym is great,
Staff is great, equipment.
Only one exception is that ppl are using the same shoes inside and outside - some of them are not even using the lockers.
Today i even saw a boy with the shoes from
The outside and even with the umbrella next the bench press. Hygiene of some ppls using the gym is 0

Lovely gym
Lovely gym, friendly staff. Light and airy, good air con and full range of equipment. Staff are knowledgeable. Opening hours are better than other gyms in the area. Generally clean but closer attention needed as sometimes dusty and bins need emptying more often. The cleaning regime needs following consistently. Sometimes feels like a youth club depending on the time of day as some young people hang around with the young staff.
