Great spinning classes with great music and great instructors. Also has air con which is so important.

Energie pontypridd is a great gym very clean with an amazing verity of equipment too use and the staff are amazing and friendly and great value for money highly recommend

Fab gym- staff are always amazing

The staff are great, very professional, honest and welcoming. All of the equipment is clean, first rate and clearly signed for use.
The atmosphere is very friendly, as are the great majority of customers.

Energie fitness in Pontypridd is by far the most friendliest gym I've been in. The staff are exceptionally friendly and from the moment you step in they make you feel extremely welcome. It's quite the common occurrence I walk into the gym and get greated by my name which is a really nice personal touch (especially Tiarnan). No matter what ability you are and what goal you are striving towards, it's quite evident that the staff are always 100% committed to help achieve these goals. Also, especially in recent times the gym have been expanding the equipment range quite a lot, most recently the new stairmaster which is extremely good news. If you have any hesitation about joining this gym, I hope my review puts your mind to rest.

best gym ive been too staff so friendly was having trouble with the wifi outside and they noticed and came and helped out 10/10 service. the cleanest gym ive ever been to nothing but happy with this gym defo my permant gym!

The equipment and 24 hour availability is amazing. Layout is nice and they cater to a bunch of different people in-terms of equipment and classes they have. I personally use the heavy bags a lot as it always me to develop my kickboxing ability outside of a regular martial arts gym that are at set times. So this gym is very useful. Overall would recommend this gym at-least the one in Pontypridd is very good.

Fantastic Gym. Got everything thats require and more. Very clean and well maintained. State of the art showers aswel. Handy for the likes of myself for a 430am workout before heading to work.

I hadn’t been to a gym for a whilst so needed a bit of support. Great environment and lovely staff team, really welcoming. Matteo, in particular has been outstanding.

classes are really enjoyable, charlotte always creates a fun and welcoming environment, she’s there and happy to help when needed. She also has a great sense of humour so we’re always giggling

Started here at Pontypridd September 1st , I have to say I’m enjoying every session I train five days a week at 6.30 am the equipment is fantastic and staff are very good .It’s a spotlessly clean gym , I do classes twice a week circuits on Wednesday and spin class and met on straight after , I’m 71 years old and try my best to do as much as the younger members , I’m looking forward to being a long term member

Went there for the day and got in for free, lovely staff member greeted me but once I got to looking around I could instantly tell the environment was poor and depressing, the equipment felt as if it were 50 years old and never been taken care of, some of the machines had adjustable seats, but couldn't adjust them because they were so old and wasn't kept in good condition, the plates where scattered everywhere, it was like doing a scavenger hunt, the cables felt as if they have never been oiled, one thing I did enjoy was that they had quite a bit of variety.

The gym was kept clean, they are very understaffed, was stuck by the door to get out for around 10 minutes before a member helped me get out.

Only reason I would go again is for its 24/7 service

Great environment and a welcoming team of staff with an overall enthusiastic atmosphere

First time using this gym with my partner after a long time off any exercise. The manager gave us a nice walk around of the facilities and gave us some advice, we then bumped into one of the PTs Jason who was extremely helpful and talked us through a few different sets on different machines and gave us some really helpful advice on how to get started. Brilliant gym so far and will definitely be returning.
