Lovely gym but...
Lovely gym, good equipment. The only thing I would say is I was never shown how to use anything or given a walk through of where everything is in the gym.

I love this gym
I love this gym! I’ve been to many in the past but I find this one so much better. The staff are friendly & the equipment is perfect. I love the yard especially the classes! 😊

Best gym I've ever been to!
Everyone made me feel so welcome as I was so nervous to start. I absolutely love going to do a workout now. Fabulous gym, Fabulous staff!

A breath of fresh air in gyms!
I've been a member for just a couple of weeks now, but already feel part of the community. From the welcome you receive on my way in, to the quality and cleanliness of the equipment and facilities, you can see that alot of hard work has gone into making this the best gym in the area.
The opening hours are perfect for me, and whether it's a busy time or not, there's a nice buzz around the place.

Thank you for being such a welcoming space to get my life back in balance again. I’ve spent what seems like a lifetime sat at my desk working this past year with no care or attention to self care.
