Energie Fitness - Thornton Heath レビュー 

The water fountain is been broken for a long time and you cannot refill your water bottle in there, you can only drink directly with your mouth, which is far from hygienic.
Only AFTER you sign up, they tell you that you have to pay extra 10£/ month if you want to use the locker. 15 years of using gyms in London, this is the first time i have to pay for the locker. This is the Ryan air of the gyms.

They getting admission charges but also this good gym

good environment, clean and pleasant

I moved gyms as the timetable of classes was more appealing, however on a few occasions already I have turned up and no-one has been there to run the class. Poor management.

After message saying it wo t happen again. It has happened again.

I like the opening hours
I like it’s closer to my house
But the gym is small and space wise is really tight.

I have to workout early mornings just to avoid waiting in machines.
Other than that the staff are friendly and it’s alright

I've only been a member of this gym for a couple of weeks, but I absolutely love it. Very friendly and helpful staff and a really nice environment. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

Signed up for a personal fitness trainer. Best decision I made.
PT Joseph Ojikutu is really good at what he does.... encouraging and supportive (and tough!... LOL). My fitness programme pushed me to my full potential and Joseph always made each session enjoyable. He is definitely committed to his clients and wants you to be the best you can be, no matter your level of ability.
6 months later, I am very proud of my progress and whilst I am now doing sessions on my own, Joseph is still in the background urging me on with words of encouragement. I would definitely recommend.

I think the gym has everything you need to complete your yout workout although you could move a few things and add a fee more things.

Three weeks ago I started exercising with Glen as my Personal trainer. He is professional yet patient and understanding. His encouragement has given me a confidence that I can loose weight and get fit despite my age and not having exercising for a long time.
After this short time I am pleased with my progress and feel assured that with his training I would continue getting good results and attain my goals.

Good gym but needs more abs equipment. Sit up bar and rack.

Cery pleasant atmosphere, I made more progress in two weeks at this gym than in one year at Better. The employees were very helpful in explaining everything and teaching me how to do deadlifts, etc. I am very satisfied. Thank you

I dislike how sometimes the male toilet is unkept

The gym's management was lacking, with staff seldom leaving the office except to work out. However, they are friendly and helpful when approached. The situation improved with the arrival of a new supervisor, Glen, a knowledgeable and engaging staff member. He sets a standard for how gyms should be run, prioritising health and safety alongside customer satisfaction, a rarity in today's fitness centres. While the equipment remains average, there are signs of improvement with new additions such as the sought-after hip-thrust machine. Nonetheless, a decline bench is still needed. Overall, I now feel confident recommending this gym to friends.
