Awesome gym, friendly and welcoming. Lots of different things and classes. Definitely recommend.

Gym is crammed with students from 15.pm onward so can’t access equipment so started to use early hours as they went 24hrs which was fine untill more people started coming in energyfitness Winchester may offer a 24 HR gym service they do not offer 24HR access to a changing facilities or toilet they offer a disabled toilet which is fine if only have couple of members in but if have more then 5 people or some one use disabled toilet shower leave you no faculties to use and there no open toilets in town centre

Energy fitness response to this is they offer a disabled toilet as there 24hrs changing facilities

There are many gyms like pure gym anytime fitness the gym provide 24hr access to changing facilities and disabled toilets
Had an email response from manger saying the changing rooms are closed between 20.15 am and 6.15 am due to lack of CCTV cameras and Health safety !! That why your left with disabled toilet it is actauly health and safety issue and human rights issue and a equality issue to close toilets between theses times 20.00 and 6.00am

The time is very convenient and I can go anytime to have workout and the people there is very approachable and kind.

They charged me 2 months when I haven't used the facilities because it wasn't for me and was too expensive. They didn't tell me about cancellation policy, so I ended up paying for 2 months. Now they have one month free to new users. So disappointed and upset.

Very good equipment. Plenty of floor space. Clean changing areas with good sized lockers. Plenty of natural light. Friendly team members

Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and do a lot to make the place feel comfortable. I felt like my needs were cared for in a very unintrusive way, which I really appreciated.

The gym itself is very well-equipped, including a new pull-up machine and more than one of several of the more popular machines. Being that its 24hr, it gets far less crowded than other places of its size, and going about midday usually means it's comfortably quiet. It's easy to work out here, especially when the atmosphere is so quiet yet pleasant.

As soon as I walked into Energie Fitness for the first time I knew it was the place for me. The staff were great, friendly and very helpful. The whole gym area was (is) very clean, well set out and with upto date equipment. Other members are also very friendly and polite. A great environment to keep fit and healthy!

Everyone is wonderful and helpful, easy process of joining, and every facility is perfect!

Super gym - fantastic range of equipment, well air-conditioned, open 24 x 7, reasonably priced - with knowledgeable + friendly staff ... I am well pleased!

I am so pleased I joined Energie Fitness Winchester. It has such a fun, friendly and non threatening atmosphere. The staff are approachable and helpful.
Membership prices are reasonable and I love the flexibility and reassurance of not having to make a long term commitment, especially in the current uncertain economic climate.
The only slight niggle is how busy one area of the gym gets, even at times when the gym itself is quite quiet. And I would love a seated bike, which Energie doesn’t currently have. Otherwise am really happy with the Energie experience and love attending.

Welcoming and comfortable environment. I've tried a few gyms and they've not felt quite right. I'm by far happiest with energie.

Straight forward no hassle to join. Good flexibility, friendly and helpful staff
